Stuarts London × Sergio Tacchini Railton Holdall Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Stuarts London × Sergio Tacchini Railton Holdall Giveaway (“Promotion”).

1.2 The Promotion is organised and operated by Stuarts London Grewalz Ltd (“Promoter”).

1.3 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request reasonable evidence of eligibility.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion opens at 12:00am BST on Monday 7 September 2026.

3.2 The Promotion closes at 11:59pm BST on Sunday 20 September 2026.

3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must:

• Follow @stuartslondon on Instagram
• Like the official giveaway post
• Tag friends in the comments of the giveaway post
• Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @stuartslondon
• Complete the official giveaway entry form on the Stuarts London website using a valid email address

4.2 Only entries that have completed all required entry steps will be considered valid.

4.3 Each eligible person may enter once. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or do not comply with these terms and conditions.

4.5 The Promoter must be able to verify that the required Instagram actions have been completed. Where an entrant has a private Instagram account, the Promoter may be unable to verify certain actions and may therefore request evidence of entry.

5. Prize

5.1 One winner will receive one Stuarts London × Sergio Tacchini Railton Holdall.

5.2 The winner will receive one of the two exclusive colourways, either Buttercream / Merlot or Merlot / Buttercream, with the colourway selected by Stuarts London.

5.3 The Railton Holdalls are exclusive to Stuarts London and the colourways have been created in reference to the original Stuarts London store colours from the 1960s.

5.4 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or alternative prize available.

5.5 The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for monetary value.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

6.2 The winner will be selected using a verifiably random selection process.

6.3 The Promoter will retain appropriate evidence of the random selection process.

6.4 The winner will be contacted by email on Monday 21 September 2026 using the email address provided when entering the Promotion.

7. Claiming the Prize

7.1 The winner must respond to the Promoter within 7 days of the initial notification in order to claim the prize.

7.2 The Promoter may request the winner’s full name, delivery address, telephone number and any other information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize.

7.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7.4 There is no cost to claim the prize.

8. Personal Information

8.1 Personal information provided when entering the Promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner and delivering the prize.

8.2 Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

8.3 Entering the Promotion does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications unless the entrant separately opts in to receive them.

9. General

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the Promotion, submits fraudulent entries or otherwise breaches these terms and conditions.

9.2 The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible or not successfully submitted due to technical or other issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any such action will be communicated as soon as reasonably practicable and will be handled fairly towards entrants.

9.4 The Promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and the administration of the Promotion is final, subject to applicable law.

9.5 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

10.1 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

10.2 By entering the Promotion, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the Promotion.

10.3 Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
