1. No subscription or purchase is required to enter the drawing. Purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Only one entry per person. If you wish to enter this promotion, please register online. The promotion runs from Sept 20th - Oct 13th.  The winner will be selected by Oct 13th . The winner will be chosen at random. The prize cannot be substituted or redeemed in cash. If the winner does not respond within 7 days prize will be forfeited.  

2. Firearms will be shipped as part of this sweepstakes. All Federal, state, Local, and Municipal laws and regulations apply. Shipment of prizes will be arranged by the individual sponsors. No combinations. No substitutions.  

3. Eligibility. This promotion is only open to legal residents of the United States (territories and other holdings excluded), 21 years of age or older, who are not restricted by law from receiving any of the Prizes. Entrants must be able to pass a background check in the United States. To be eligible to win, contestants must enter using the Sweepstakes entry form to be hosted on Gun Owners of America Viralsweep. Employees of the sponsors and their immediate families are not eligible for this promotion. 

4. Conditions. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and decisions of the sponsors. Any taxes or other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing materials from all giveaway sponsors. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the sponsors accept no responsibility or liability in connection with injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or usage of the prize awarded hereunder. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this promotion you agree that if you win the prize, the sponsors can publish your first name, last initial, and state in our various media and publications. We publish this limited information to protect your identity and announce the winner.

The sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, or illegible entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, electronic or network relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any sweepstakes-related materials.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social network.
