Official Rules – Arthur's Road to Recovery Fundraiser Drawing

This promotion is sponsored by Beautifully Unique Bootique, operated by Jill Ferretti Rosenspire, Denver, Colorado.

Purpose

Proceeds from this fundraiser will help offset veterinary, rehabilitation, mobility, and related expenses for Arthur, a dog recovering from IVDD.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period

Entries will be accepted beginning 7/19/26 and ending at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on 7/26/26.

Entry Method

Participants will receive entries based on the entry package selected.

• 1 Entry = $5
• 5 Entries = $20
• 15 Entries = $50
• 35 Entries = $100

All entries must be received before the end of the entry period.

Prize

One winner will receive the fundraiser prize basket containing donated items from participating small businesses.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): over $270.

No cash substitution will be provided.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random drawing within 7 days after the fundraiser closes.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided during entry.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped to a valid United States address at no cost to the winner.

Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name, last initial, and state may be announced on social media and promotional materials unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the drawing.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Beautifully Unique Bootique and all prize donors from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
