1. Sponsor

The Fight Night VIP Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by BiYu Promotions, Houston, Texas ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is administered on the ViralSweep platform.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM Central Time and ends on August 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM Central Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted. Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Combat Vision TV, the Sugar Land Space Cowboys, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Note: the prize is admission to an event taking place on August 14, 2026 in Sugar Land, Texas. Travel and accommodations are not provided. Entrants who cannot attend the event should not enter.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/a9e8c7-232186?framed=1 and complete the entry form with a valid email address, phone number and first and last name to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.

Bonus Entries. After entering, entrants may earn additional entries as follows:

• Referring friends via the entrant's unique referral link: Ten (10) bonus entries per referred friend who validly enters, up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) referred friends (250 bonus entries maximum from referrals)

• Following BiYu Promotions on social media: Five (5) bonus entries for following BiYu Promotions on Facebook, Five (5) bonus entries for following BiYu Promotions on Instagram, Five (5) bonus entries for following BiYu Promotions on TikTok, up to fifteen (15) maximum bonus entries from social media follows.

The maximum number of entries permitted per person is 266, including the base entry and all bonus entries.

No purchase is necessary to enter or to earn any bonus entries. All entry methods are free. Use of any automated system, script, or service to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all associated entries. Entries generated by referral fraud (including self-referrals through multiple email addresses) will be void.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: One suite and twenty (20) tickets and $500 in food credit for a professional boxing event taking place on August 14, 2026 at Constellation Field, Sugar Land, Texas. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3000.

One (1) Runner Up Prize: Four first-row ringside tickets for a professional boxing event taking place on August 14, 2026 at Constellation Field, Sugar Land, Texas. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $856.

Prize details: One (1) winner per prize. The guest(s) must be accompanied by the winner. If the winner's guest is under eighteen (18) years old, the winner must be the guest's parent or legal guardian. Travel, accommodations, transportation, parking, food, beverages, merchandise, and all other expenses not expressly listed are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and may not be resold. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. If the event is postponed, the prize will be honored on the rescheduled date; if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, Sponsor may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. The fight card is subject to change; a change in the card does not entitle the winner to any substitution or compensation.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners will include one (1) grand prize winner and one (1) runner up winner. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 5, 2026 using the ViralSweep platform's random selection tool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

The potential winner will be notified by email (and by phone, if provided) on or about August 5, 2026, following the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Because the event takes place on August 14, 2026, the potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt. If the potential winner does not respond within that window, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The potential winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited) before the prize is awarded. Tickets will be delivered electronically or held at will call, at Sponsor's discretion.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name and first initial of last name, city, state, likeness, photograph, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, and in such case to select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or garbled entries; technical or human errors; or failures of any kind related to the administration of the Sweepstakes, entry processing, or winner notification.

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Combat Vision TV, the Sugar Land Space Cowboys, Constellation Field, ViralSweep, Meta, TikTok, X, WhatsApp and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize, including attendance at the event.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

11. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://biyupromotions.com/privacy-policy/. By entering, entrants consent to receive email communications from Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes and, if the optional box is checked, marketing communications, from which they may unsubscribe at any time. Entrants who opt in to SMS agree to receive text messages from Sponsor; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, X Corp., WhatsApp or Google LLC. Each entrant understands that information is provided to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

For the name of the winner, send an email with the subject line "Fight Night VIP Suite Giveaway Winner" to info@biyupromotions.com within sixty (60) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Questions about these Official Rules may be sent to the same address.
