SPONSOR & ADDRESS: The Baits.com Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Baits.com, 5250 Frye Rd, Irving, TX 75061 ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 9:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on AUG 8th, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on September 9, 2025. Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. By entering, you consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for marketing purposes as permitted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the Baits.com giveaway page and complete the online entry form by submitting all required information. Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Promotion Period. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different identities, email addresses, or any other method will void that entrant’s entries.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Promotion.

PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) winner will receive a prize package valued at $500. Prize components may include bait products, fishing gear, accessories, and exclusive merchandise from Baits.com.

Exact prize items will be listed on the giveaway entry page. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered.

WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be held on or around July 11, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via the email provided at entry. The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within a specified time period. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

DISPUTES: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
