UCOOK Heritage Month Giveaway - Competition Rules

1. Competition Period The competition opens on 8 September 2026 and closes on 25 September 2026 at 23:59 (SAST). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

2. Eligibility This competition is open to South African residents aged 18 and older. Employees of UCOOK (The Supper Society Pty Ltd), Waterford Estate, Jack Black, Frankie Fenner Meat Merchants, AfriCamps, Donkey Long Tong, and Big Green Egg, and their immediate family members, may not enter.

3. How to Enter Entrants must complete the entry form in full, including first name, last name, email address, and phone number, and agree to the terms and conditions to be considered a valid entry. Only one entry per person will be accepted via the entry form. Entrants may earn additional entries by completing the social actions listed on the entry page.  To be considered a valid entry, entrants must complete the initial entry action. Entrants may earn additional entries by completing the social actions listed on the entry page: referring friends (5 bonus entries per successful referral, up to a maximum of 5 referrals per entrant) and visiting the giveaway post (2 bonus entries, one-time). The maximum total entries obtainable per person is 27.

4. Prizes There is 1 Grand Prize available to be won, worth R60,651, made up of:

• Jack Black Lager for a year (12 cases) — R3,996
• Frankie Fenner Meat Box — R2,500

• AfriCamps 2-night glamping stay for up to 5 guests in a classic tent, including 1 cook-your-own breakfast and braai basket per person, at any 1 of 19 AfriCamps locations across South Africa — R10,925

5. Winner Selection The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or before 30 September 2026.

6. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided on their entry by 30 September 2026. If the winner cannot be reached within 5 business days of notification, UCOOK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The UCOOK voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and is subject to UCOOK's standard voucher terms. UCOOK Meal Kit deliveries are currently available to Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, the Garden Route, and greater Gauteng and Western Cape areas; the winner must have a delivery address within one of these areas to redeem the voucher.
• Each partner brand (Waterford Estate, Jack Black, Frankie Fenner Meat Merchants, AfriCamps, Donkey Long Tong, and Big Green Egg) will be responsible for dispatching or arranging redemption of their respective prize component directly with the winner, in line with that brand's own terms.
• The AfriCamps voucher entitles the winner to a 2-night stay for up to 5 guests in a classic tent at any 1 of 19 AfriCamps locations across South Africa, and expires 31 August 2027, excluding peak seasons. Bookings are made directly via www.africamps.com, are valid for accommodation only (excluding transport, meals, activities, and additional extras), and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, or special offers. • The Waterford Estate Wine Drive Safari voucher entitles the winner to a three-hour exploration of the picturesque estate, tasting wines amongst the vineyards from which they are made as you soak up the stunning landscapes and rich heritage. Valid at Waterford Estate,  Upper Blaauwklippen Rd, Helderberg Rural, Stellenbosch, 7600, and expires 31 August 2027. Bookings must be made directly with Waterford Estate via email to cellardoor@waterfordestate.co.za, subject to availability. • Prize components with an expiry, redemption window, or delivery restriction will be confirmed with the winner directly by the relevant partner.

9. General UCOOK and its Heritage Month partner brands reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice. UCOOK's decision regarding winner selection is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
