OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The WiseEye Technology Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies of WiseEye Technology ("Sponsor"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.

You further agree to accept the decisions of WiseEye Technology as final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins July 15, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends July 29, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time (CT).

All eligible entries must be received during this Sweepstakes Period.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the official online Sweepstakes entry form and submit all required information.

Participants may earn additional entries by completing eligible promotional actions listed on the Sweepstakes entry page, which may include:

• Following WiseEye Technology on Facebook

• Following WiseEye Technology on Instagram

• Following WiseEye Technology on TikTok

• Following WiseEye Technology on X

• Subscribing to the WiseEye Technology YouTube channel

• Liking, commenting on, or sharing designated Sweepstakes posts

Each qualifying action may earn the number of bonus entries stated on the Sweepstakes entry page.

Only one (1) registration per person is permitted. Bonus entries may only be earned once per qualifying action unless otherwise stated.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and qualifying actions. Use of multiple email addresses, fake accounts, automated entry systems, bots, scripts, or any other attempt to circumvent these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

• WiseEye DC-2 Cellular Trail Camera

• WiseEye Branded Turtlebox Speaker

• WiseEye Branded Turkey Call

• Vortex Rangefinder

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $750.00

Actual retail value may vary.

No cash alternative or substitution of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for WiseEye Technology to use the winner's name, likeness, hometown, photograph, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified via the email address submitted during registration within five (5) business days following the drawing.

The selected winner must respond within fifteen (15) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, undeliverable, filtered, or misdirected email notifications.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant WiseEye Technology and its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns the unrestricted right, where permitted by law, to use your name, likeness, voice, photograph, city/state of residence, and any submitted content for advertising, promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes in any media now known or later developed throughout the world without further compensation, notice, or approval.

9. General Conditions

WiseEye Technology reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

The Sponsor may invalidate entries suspected of being generated through automated means, fraudulent methods, fake accounts, bots, scripts, or any other attempt to manipulate the Sweepstakes.

By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from WiseEye Technology. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless WiseEye Technology and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, partners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Technical failures

• Internet interruptions

• Computer or software malfunctions

• Human error

• Lost or delayed entries

• Unauthorized intervention

• Printing or typographical errors

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana without regard to its conflict of law principles.

As a condition of participating, entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including attorneys' fees, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Sweepstakes.

12. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the WiseEye Technology Privacy Policy.

13. Winner's List

To request the name of the winner, send an email with the subject line:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the end of the Sweepstakes.
