Rules

1. Eligibility:
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sena and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period:
The giveaway begins on June 13th, 2025, at 12:00 AM (local time) and ends on June 27th, 2025, at 11:59 PM (local time).

3. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must submit their contact information through the official entry form. Each participant can earn one extra entry for visiting the 60S webpage on Sena.com. Each participant can earn up to two entries. 

4. Prizes:
One (1) winner will be randomly drawn to receive a 60S Communication Device. The approximate retail value of the 60S is $399.00.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be held on or about June 27th, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sena, which are final and binding. Sena reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sena's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sena in its sole discretion.

7. Privacy:
By submitting an entry to the contest, each contestant consents to Sena collecting and using their contact information, including but not limited to email addresses and phone numbers, for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability:
Sena and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by participants, technical errors, or any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Sena is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

9. Disputes:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sena in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
