Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Malaysia and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Furthermore, you agree to accept the decisions of TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd as final and binding regarding the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online during the campaign period (specific dates and times to be provided). All times are (GMT+08:00) in Kuala Lumpur.

How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the specified site. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd. Each participant may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same person using various methods will be disqualified. Fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification at TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd's discretion.

Prizes: Details of the prizes can be found at www.graduatechoiceaward.com. Winning a prize is not guaranteed and is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd's discretion. Prizes are nontransferable. All prize-related expenses, including any applicable taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners cannot request cash equivalents or prize transfers. Accepting a prize grants TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd the permission to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Odds: The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be chosen in a random drawing overseen by TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd at the end of the year (December). Winners will be informed via email within five (5) days of the selection. TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any missed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other issues. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim their prize within 15 days, that prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be chosen. Compliance with all regulations is a condition for receiving the prize.

Rights Granted by You: By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd and its agents the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in any media your entry, name, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Terms: TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd may, at its discretion, cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including due to viruses, bugs, unauthorised interventions, or other causes. TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd may disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process, and reserves the right to take legal action against anyone attempting to undermine the Sweepstakes.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release and hold harmless TALENTBANK Sdn Bhd and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or claim arising from entry participation or prize acceptance.

Disputes: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Malaysia and Selangor. Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually without class action, exclusively in a court located in Selangor.
