Official Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older (or 21, depending on knife laws in your jurisdiction).

• Must be a legal resident of the United States (excluding states like Rhode Island where specific sweepstakes laws apply).

• Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

• Follow: You must be following both @Nexusprc and @huntwarz on Instagram at the time of the drawing.

• Email Subscription: Entrants must provide a valid email address.

3. Prize Description

• The prize consists of Nexus SCCT Knife and sheath.

• Approximate Retail Value $265 each.

• The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

• Drawing will take place on May 21st 2026.

• Winner will be notified via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

• There is no guaranteed date of delivery. Items will be shipped as soon as Nexus has the knives in stock and available to ship.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

• By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Nexusprc and Hunt Warz.

• You may unsubscribe at any time, but you must be a current subscriber at the time of the drawing to win.

• Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Release and Limitations of Liability

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsors and the social media platform from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or receipt/use of any prize.
