Grillin' & Chillin' Giveaway

Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Grillin' & Chillin' Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions, and all other locations outside the contiguous United States are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of Wyld Gear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements.

All decisions made by Wyld Gear regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins July 17, 2026, at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) and ends July 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (MT) (the "Sweepstakes Period").

All eligible entries must be received during this timeframe to qualify.

4. How to Enter

Entrants may enter by completing the official online entry form available at:

Limit one (1) primary entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entrants may have the opportunity to receive additional bonus entries by completing optional actions listed on the giveaway page, such as following participating brands on social media, subscribing to newsletters, sharing the giveaway, or completing other promotional activities.

Each optional action may award additional entries as specified on the giveaway page.

Bonus entries are optional and are not required to enter or win.

Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or automated entry methods may result in disqualification.

Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these Official Rules may be void.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Grillin' & Chillin' Prize Package, consisting of:

• Croix Valley – Variety of BBQ Sauces & Marinades — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $259.00
• Hi Mountain – Seasoning Assortment & Jerky Making Products — ARV: $322.00
• Lamson – Premier 20" Walnut Heavy-Duty 4-Piece Deluxe BBQ Set with Knife — ARV: $237.99
• PARKIT – Eclipse Troubadour Chair — ARV: $250.00
• TYTUS – Emberwood Charcoal Tabletop Grill with Grill Cover — ARV: $290.00

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,758.98 (over $1,700).

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize will be shipped only to a valid residential or business address within the contiguous United States. The Sponsor will not ship prizes to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or possessions, or international addresses.

6. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will include all eligible entries received between July 17, 2026, and July 26, 2026. To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must meet all eligibility requirements, including residing within the contiguous United States at the time of entry and prize fulfillment.

The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) days after the drawing.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fifteen (15) days, or is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Marketing Communications

By entering the Grillin' & Chillin' Giveaway, entrants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications via email from Wyld Gear and the participating partner brands, including:

• Hi Mountain
• Lamson
• PARKIT
• TYTUS

Entrants may also choose to opt in to receive text message communications from Wyld Gear and participating partner brands. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

Entrants understand and agree that the information provided during registration, including their name and email address, may be shared with the participating partner brands for the purpose of sending promotional emails and marketing communications related to this giveaway and future offers.

Participants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email or by replying STOP to text messages where applicable.

All information collected is subject to the Wyld Gear Privacy Policy.

9. General Terms

Wyld Gear reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and Wyld Gear reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wyld Gear, its affiliates, participating partners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Wyoming.

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
