1UP USA ADVENTURE GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility

The 1UP USA Adventure Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to eligible 1UP USA consumers who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law.

Employees of 1UP USA (the “Sponsor”), its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.

You further agree to accept the decisions of 1UP USA as final and binding as they relate to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

All online entries must be received by September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

4. How to Enter

Free Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the online Sweepstakes entry form provided through ViralSweep. Each eligible participant will receive one (1) free entry upon completing the required entry form.

Bonus Entries: Participants may earn additional entries by completing eligible bonus actions made available through the Sweepstakes entry page. Bonus actions may include visiting/following 1UP USA on Facebook, visiting/following 1UP USA on Instagram, and visiting/subscribing to the 1UP USA YouTube channel. Each qualifying bonus action is worth one (1) additional entry, subject to the limits displayed on the Sweepstakes entry page.

Purchase Entries: During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may earn additional entries through qualifying purchases made through the Sponsor's online store. Participants will receive one (1) additional entry for every $50.00 in qualifying purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period.

To qualify for purchase-based entries, participants must create or be logged in to their 1UP USA account at the time of purchase. Purchases made while not logged in to a 1UP USA account will not qualify for purchase-based entries.

Qualifying purchase amounts are cumulative across all eligible purchases made by a participant during the Sweepstakes Period. Unused amounts will carry over toward future qualifying purchases during the Sweepstakes Period.

For example, a participant who makes qualifying purchases totaling $75 will receive one (1) purchase entry, with the remaining $25 carrying forward. If that participant later makes another qualifying purchase of $25, their cumulative qualifying spend becomes $100 and they will receive two (2) total purchase entries.

Taxes, shipping charges, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward purchase-based entries. Returned, refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid purchases may be excluded, and any entries associated with such purchases may be voided.

There is no limit to the number of purchase-based entries an eligible participant may earn during the Sweepstakes Period, provided all entries are earned through qualifying purchases.

Participants may not enter more times than permitted by these Official Rules by using multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Any use of fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the entry process may result in disqualification at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

5. Prizes

The Sponsor will award ten (10) prizes, with each prize consisting of $500 in 1UP USA store credit, for a total prize value of $5,000.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $5,000.

No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned or transferred to another person.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The specifics and terms of the store credit shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. Store credit may be subject to the Sponsor's standard terms and conditions.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for 1UP USA to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each eligible entry constitutes one chance to win. Participants who earn additional entries have additional chances to be selected.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Ten (10) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Free, bonus, and qualifying purchase entries will be combined for purposes of the final drawing.

The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.

Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided at entry within five (5) days following the winner selection.

1UP USA shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notice due to spam, junk email, security settings, an incorrect or non-functioning email address, or any other issue preventing delivery.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within fifteen (15) days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely provide any requested information or documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER, AS DETERMINED BY THE SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering the Sweepstakes, you understand that 1UP USA, anyone acting on behalf of 1UP USA, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law and without further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, your entry, including, without limitation, the entrant's or winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, public relations, promotional, and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms

1UP USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

In such case, 1UP USA may select recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken, as appropriate.

1UP USA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, the website, or ViralSweep, or who violates these Official Rules.

1UP USA has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to, multiple entries submitted through fraudulent means or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, 1UP USA reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive marketing emails from 1UP USA. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the footer of our emails. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of 1UP USA.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless 1UP USA and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising from or related to:

(i) participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof;

(ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software;

(iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, internet, or telephone service;

(iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or

(v) electronic or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.

As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Wisconsin having jurisdiction.

Further, to the extent permitted by law, participant waives any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with entering this Sweepstakes.
