Rep Fitness Liftmas Giveaway Rules 

1. No purchase necessary to enter.   

2. One main entry per person per sweepstakes events. Opportunities to increase bonus entries through actions available on sweepstakes webpage. 

3. Automated or scripted sweepstakes entries will be disqualified and restriction of access to repfitness.com may be imposed for violation of this rule. 

4. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the lower 48 states of the United States of America. 

5. Entrants must be 18 years or older by 11:59p.m. MST the day before each sweepstakes entered. Dates of the sweepstakes are 12/12/23 9:00a.m. MST through 12/24/23 11:59p.m. MST. 

6. Entries will only be accepted during the sweepstakes period as announced online or via email.  Each sweepstakes has a defined period of time for entry.  Entries via the official website entry portal are time-stamped from the time the entry page is loaded. 

7. A valid e-mail is required for notification purposes. 

8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash value.  If the winner declines the prize, no other prize will be offered.  

9. Winners will be randomly drawn and notified by Rep Fitness LLC within 15 days of the end of the sweepstakes period.  Winning names may or may not be announced on the repfitness.com website or through the @RepFitnessEquipment Instagram account. 

10. In the event a prize is refused or is unclaimed for one week, a new name will be drawn and considered the winner.  This person will be contacted to accept the prize.  The process will be repeated until the prize is accepted.  

11. Prizes valued at over $600 will be reported as taxable income in accordance with IRS regulations.  

12. Selected winners are ineligible to win additional prizes from Rep Fitness LLC in other promotional events within 120 days of the date of winning a prize in a prior Rep Fitness LLC sponsored sweepstakes. 

13. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries.   

14. Employees of Rep Fitness LLC and their families are ineligible. 

15. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited. 

16. All winners agree to participate in the promotion of Rep Fitness in the context of announcing their selection as a prize winner including, but not limited to, the use of their name, photograph, or likeness. 

17. Rep Fitness LLC assumes no responsibility for any property loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from any prize won. 

18. Rep Fitness LLC is not responsible for entries that are not received due to issues with internet access or connectivity. 

19. Results of the drawing are final—no substitutions, exchanges, or cash redemptions are allowed.  The names of the winners – and a copy of these Official Rules—may be obtained from Rep Fitness LLC by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Rep Fitness LLC, 11059 Dover Street, Suite 2000, Westminster, CO, 80021.
