The Ultimate Skincare Professional Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Ultimate Skincare Professional Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry and prize award, (a) are legal residents of one of the forty-seven (47) United States or the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island; (b) are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence; (c) submit an entry through the online Sweepstakes page; and (d) satisfy the Licensed Skincare Professional requirements below. Residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

An entrant is a "Licensed Skincare Professional" only if the entrant is actively practicing and, at the time of entry and prize award, holds a current, valid, and unrestricted state-issued license in esthetics, cosmetology, medicine, nursing, or another profession that legally authorizes the entrant to provide professional skincare services in the jurisdiction where the entrant practices. Sponsor may require documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility. A private certification or training credential, by itself, does not satisfy this requirement unless it constitutes the governmental authorization required to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.

Employees, officers, and directors of Face Reality Skincare (the "Sponsor"), Celluma, Lipgloss + Aftershave, DermaplanePro, SEEN, Canfield Scientific, and any other prize provider (collectively, the "Prize Providers"), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, and agents, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, and sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Official Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. Sponsor's reasonable decisions concerning the interpretation and administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on November 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM on November 12, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, complete and submit the online entry form available on the Sweepstakes page. No purchase or payment is necessary. An entry may be disqualified if it is incomplete, materially inaccurate, untimely, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules.

Limit one (1) initial entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants may have the opportunity to earn additional entries by completing certain social media actions, as described on the online entry form, subject to any limits or requirements stated on the form. Entries submitted through multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or devices to evade the entry limits, or through bots, scripts, macros, or other automated means, are void. Sponsor may disqualify an entrant based on reasonably documented fraud, tampering, or attempted circumvention of these Official Rules.

5. Prizes: The Sweepstakes will award three (3) prize packages. The aggregate approximate Average Retail Value ("ARV") of all prizes is $14,727. The contents and ARV of each prize package are specified below. Prize values are determined as of the date these Official Rules are published. The Grand Prize Package has an ARV of $6,631, and each Deluxe Prize Package has an ARV of $4,048.

The three (3) prize packages consist of one (1) Grand Prize Package and two (2) Deluxe Prize Packages, as described below:

Grand Prize Package — ARV: $6,631
The Grand Prize Package includes:

• One (1) Face Reality Acne Expert Training Certification for an eligible skincare professional, with an ARV of $800. If the Grand Prize winner is already a Face Reality Certified Acne Expert, the winner will instead receive Face Reality products with an ARV of $800.
• One (1) Celluma PRO PLUS panel, with an ARV of $1,995.
• One (1) Lipgloss + Aftershave Grand Prize package, with an ARV of $2,199. The $2199 value applies to (1) feature article and one (1) Instagram Reel featuring the winner and the winner’s business, as determined by Lipgloss + Aftershave.

• One (1) SEEN product bundle, with an ARV of $262.
• One (1) Canfield Scientific Optima 3-in-1 Imaging System, with an ARV of $725.

Deluxe Prize Packages — ARV: $4,048 each
Each Deluxe Prize Package includes:

• One (1) Face Reality Acne Expert Training Certification for an eligible skincare professional, with an ARV of $800. If a Deluxe Prize winner is already a Face Reality Certified Acne Expert, the winner will instead receive Face Reality products with an ARV of $800.
• One (1) Celluma PRO panel, with an ARV of $1,795.
• One (1) Lipgloss + Aftershave Deluxe Prize includes one Instagram Reel on the winning professional with an ARV of $1,025.
• One (1) DermaplanePro Happy Peel Protocol Kit, with an ARV of $280.
• One (1) SEEN product bundle, with an ARV of $148.

No entrant is guaranteed to win. Each winner will receive only the prize package assigned through the winner-selection and prize-allocation process described in these Official Rules. If the actual value of a prize is less than its stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except by Sponsor as expressly permitted above. Each winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly included in the applicable prize description and for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from prize acceptance or use. Prizes are awarded "as is," subject to any express warranty provided by the applicable manufacturer or service provider.

Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and the Prize Providers to use the winner's name, city and state, likeness, voice, statements about the Sweepstakes, and business name for Sweepstakes-related advertising and publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor will obtain any additional consent required by applicable law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: On or about 11/13/2026, an independent administrator will select three (3) potential winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The first eligible potential winner selected in the random drawing will be assigned the Grand Prize package. The second and third eligible potential winners selected in the random drawing will each be assigned one Deluxe Prize package.

Potential winners will be notified at the email address or telephone number provided with the entry within the first business day after the drawing.

Before being declared a winner, each potential winner must satisfy Sponsor's eligibility-verification process, including verification of identity, age, residence, and status as a Licensed Skincare Professional. Potential winners may be required to provide a copy of an applicable professional license and to complete and return an eligibility affidavit, liability and publicity release (where lawful), and tax documentation.

A potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours after Sponsor's initial notification attempt and return any required documentation by the deadline stated in the notification. A potential winner may be disqualified if the individual cannot be contacted, does not timely respond or provide required documentation, provides materially inaccurate information, declines the prize, or does not comply with these Official Rules. If a potential winner is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Face Reality Skincare shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, security settings, incorrect contact information, or other factors beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.

Receipt of a prize is conditioned on compliance with these Official Rules and all applicable laws. A material violation of these Official Rules, as reasonably determined by Sponsor, may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that Face Reality Skincare, anyone acting on behalf of Face Reality Skincare, and its respective licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, your entry, including your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements regarding the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, promotional, and trade purposes without further compensation.

9. Administration: To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impairs the integrity, security, administration, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may select the potential winners by random drawing from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received before the impairment occurred, if doing so is fair, practicable, and lawful.

Sponsor may disqualify an individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes website, acts in an abusive or disruptive manner, or materially violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor may void entries that exceed the entry limit, are generated through automated means, contain materially false information, or are reasonably determined to result from fraud, tampering, or circumvention of these Official Rules. A shared IP address or device, standing alone, will not automatically disqualify otherwise eligible entrants.

An entrant's deliberate attempt to damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal or civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek available remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Where an entrant provides separate consent at the point of entry, Sponsor and/or applicable Prize Providers may use the entrant’s contact information to send marketing communications. Marketing consent is required to enter or win the Sweepstakes and may be withdrawn at any time as described in the applicable communication. Each sender is responsible for honoring unsubscribe requests and complying with applicable marketing, privacy, and data protection laws.

10. Tax Reporting: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor may require a winner to complete and return IRS Form W-9 and other documentation reasonably necessary for tax reporting. Sponsor may report the value of a prize as required by law. Failure to timely provide required tax documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Prize Providers, the social-media platforms identified below, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:

(i) participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or attempted use of a prize;

(ii) lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or corrupted entries or communications;

(iii) failures or unavailability of computers, hardware, software, networks, websites, internet service, telephone service, or communications systems;

(iv) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or administration of the Sweepstakes; and

(v) typographical, technical, or administrative errors. Nothing in these Official Rules releases or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be released or limited. Each winner must use every prize in accordance with applicable instructions, professional standards, scope-of-practice requirements, and law.

12. Disputes: Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or a prize must be resolved individually, without resort to a class, collective, or representative action, exclusively in a state court located in Contra Costa County, California, or a federal court having jurisdiction over Contra Costa County, California. Each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, an entrant's recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and the entrant waives any claim for punitive, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or multiplied damages and attorneys' fees. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
