Rules

1. Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open to participants aged 18 and over. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

2. Entry Period: The sweepstakes begins on September 27, 2023, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on October 4, 2023, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted after the end of the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

   • Like the DeathSpeaker Facebook page.
   • Like the Total Deathcore Facebook page.
   • Share the sweepstakes post on your timeline. Complete all the steps, and you’re in!

4. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive one (1) "Self Titled" CD, one (1) premium vinyl, and one (1) DeathSpeaker hoodie. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted on Friday, October 6, 2023.

6. Notification: The winner will be notified via Facebook messenger and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond in the given time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions: By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by all rules and decisions made by the sponsor (Total Deathcore). Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth in the "How to Enter" section is prohibited. No automated entries are allowed.

8. Release: By participating, entrants release Total Deathcore, DeathSpeaker, Facebook, and their respective subsidiaries from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes.

9. Privacy: All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Disputes: Any disputes related to the sweepstakes will be resolved under the applicable laws of the state of North Carolina.

11. Sponsor: This sweepstakes is sponsored by Total Deathcore. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants are providing information to Total Deathcore and not to Facebook.
