CONTEST (“CONTEST”) SPONSORED BY THE TORONTO SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA (THE “SPONSOR”) AND ADMINISTERED BY LUDWIG VAN TORONTO (“ADMINISTRATOR”). CONTEST BEGINS ON May 30, 2024, AT 20:00 EST AND ENDS JUNE 6, 2024, AT 19:45 EST (“CONTEST PERIOD”).

Eligibility: This contest is open to all legal residents of Ontario who have reached 18 years old and over in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants who complete a registration form. Employees of the Sponsors/Administrator are not eligible to enter.

Qualification: Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. No purchase is necessary. Participants will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

Entry: Anyone wishing to enter the contest must meet the eligibility requirements and complete the registration form. Entries must be received prior to the indicated Contest Period entry deadline. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, garbled or mechanically or electronically reproduced. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Prizes: The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered the competition. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

Liability: The Sponsors/Administrator take no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsors/Administrator shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Modifications: The Ludwig Van Toronto reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify the contest rules if fraud or technical failure threatens to destroy the integrity of the contest.

Privacy: In accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) any personal information the Ludwig Van Toronto collects, including through a contest, will be handled in a confidential manner by authorized staff for the sole purpose of administering the contest. The Administrator will collect and maintain the information provided by entrants in order to send notifications regarding the contest. The Administrator will not disclose personal information to third parties, except as required by law or a court. By entering this contest, entrants agree to such use of their personal information.

Acknowledgement: Entrants acknowledge they have read and understand the contest rules. By participating in a Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Contest Rules. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be: (a) violating the Contest Rules; (b) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, the Contest Website, or any related promotional website; (c) violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any the Sponsor’s property or service; and/or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
