Official Rules for the ClimbRx & SensoryRx Ultimate Sensory Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility

   • Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
   • Must be 18 years or older to enter.
   • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of ClimbRx® and SensoryRx® are not eligible.

2. Giveaway Period

   • The giveaway begins on March 7, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on April 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
   • Entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
3. Prizes (50 Winners in Total)
   • 1 Grand Prize: Swedish Ladder Gym
   • 4 Winners: SensoryRx Sensory Swing
   • 10 Winners: Sensory Backpacks
   • 35 Winners: One-Year Ad-Free ClimbRx Membership
   • Swing Selection: Each SensoryRx swing winner will have the opportunity to select their preferred swing from the available options. Swings are awarded on a first come, first serve basis upon winner confirmation. 
4. Winner Selection & Notification
   • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   • Winners will be notified via email by April 18, 2025.
   • Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be chosen.
5. Shipping & Delivery
   • Physical prizes (ladder gym, swings, backpacks) will only be shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
   • ClimbRx memberships will be delivered digitally.
   • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. General Conditions
   • ClimbRx® and SensoryRx® reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
   • This giveaway is not affiliated with or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, or any other social platform.
   • By entering, participants agree to release ClimbRx®, SensoryRx®, and any affiliates from any liability related to the giveaway.

   • Personal information collected for this giveaway will only be used to administer the giveaway and notify winners.
