Sweepstakes Rules:

1. Eligibility: The Cricut Joy Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to US Residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of BetterLifeBlog.com and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes runs on the dates mentioned on the entry page ("Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

   a. Visit https://BetterLifeBlog.com/craftfest24giveaway/ and follow the instructions provided to submit an entry.

   b. Provide accurate and complete information as requested in the entry form.

   c. Agree to the Sweepstakes rules and any additional terms and conditions.

4. Winner Selection: One random winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be chosen on or around January 14, 2024 and will be notified via email within 14 days of the selection date. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prize: The winner will receive one Cricut Joy Xtra machine (approximate retail value: $199). No cash or other substitution will be provided. The prize is non-transferable. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Acceptance of Prize: The selected winner must provide a valid shipping address within 3 weeks of receiving the notification email. The prize will be shipped to the winner's provided address at no additional cost. 

7. Publicity: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants grant BetterLifeBlog.com the right to use their names, photographs, and submitted materials for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online announcements, social media, and marketing campaigns.

8. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment and where required by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to receive promotional emails and communications from BetterLifeBlog.com. Participants may opt-out of receiving future communications at any time.

9. General Conditions: BetterLifeBlog.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating the Sweepstakes rules. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating, entrants release BetterLifeBlog.com and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Winners List: For the name of the winner, send an email to hello@betterlifeblog.com with the subject line "Craftfest Summit 24 Winner List" within 45 days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
