NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

To enter for free, you must:

• Subscribe to the Ageless Humans Inc email list via the online entry form
• Provide a valid phone number
• Complete all required fields on the entry form

One entry per person. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or devices will be disqualified.

📅 Campaign Period

• Start Date: Nov 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM (Pacific Time)
• End Date: December 31, 2025 at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time)
• All entries must be received by the deadline

The winner will receive:

Prize Details:

📞 Winner Selection & Notification

Selection Process:

• One winner will be selected via random drawing under Sponsor supervision
• Winner will be notified within 5 days of selection

• Winner MUST participate in a recorded phone call for social media and promotional purposes
• This recorded call is a REQUIRED condition of prize acceptance
• Refusal to participate will result in forfeiture of the prize

Response Deadline:

• Winner has 7 days from initial notification to respond
• Failure to respond within 7 days will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner
• Winner must complete and return all required declarations and releases

1. Agreement to Rules By entering, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree to accept Sponsor's decisions as final and binding.

2. Entry Requirements

• Provide valid email address and phone number
• Fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent rules will result in disqualification
• Incomplete entries will be disqualified

3. Odds of Winning Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Rights & Publicity Release By entering, you grant Ageless Humans Inc the right to use your name, likeness, voice, image, entry, and biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation (where permitted by law).

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for promotional use unless prohibited by law.

• Text message notifications regarding winner selection
• Phone calls from Ageless Humans Inc

6. Disqualification Conditions The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Tampers with the entry process or website operation
• Uses multiple identities, email addresses, or devices
• Uses bots, macros, scripts, or other automated means
• Violates these Official Rules
• Provides false or fraudulent information
• Attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes

7. Sponsor's Rights Ageless Humans Inc reserves the right to:

• Cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if corruption, fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond control affect fair conduct
• Select winners from eligible entries received before/after action is taken
• Void entries for any reason to maintain sweepstakes integrity
• Seek damages from anyone attempting to damage the website or sweepstakes operation

8. Limitation of Liability By entering, you release and hold harmless Ageless Humans Inc and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage occurring directly or indirectly from:

• Participation in the sweepstakes
• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize
• Technical failures (computer, network, hardware, software malfunctions)
• Unavailability of transmissions, telephone, or Internet service
• Unauthorized human intervention
• Electronic or human error in administration or processing
• Failure to receive notifications due to spam filters, phone settings, blocked numbers, or incorrect contact information

9. Governing Law & Disputes This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the USA and the State of Nevada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

By participating, you agree that:

• All disputes shall be resolved individually (no class action)
• Disputes must be brought exclusively in a court located in Nevada
• You waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages
• You waive all rights to attorneys' fees beyond actual out-of-pocket entry expenses
• You waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased
