1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of MOUNTAINEER BRAND (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of MOUNTAINEER BRAND as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about May 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM EDT and ending July 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM EDT. All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter: Enter by submitting the online entry form provided on this website. Participants will receive one (1) entry for submitting the online form. Eligible purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period through www.mountaineerbrand.com will earn additional entries at a rate of one (1) entry per $1 USD spent, excluding taxes, shipping charges, refunds, canceled orders, and gift card purchases. Eligible orders over $40 USD will receive an additional twenty-five (25) bonus entries. Participants may also earn twenty-five (25) bonus entries for each referred friend who successfully enters the Sweepstakes through the participant’s referral link.

Entries must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of MOUNTAINEER BRAND. Use of fraudulent methods, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, bots, scripts, or any attempt to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Caraway 24 Piece Cookware+ & Minis Duo Set with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,500 USD. Prize details are determined solely by the Sponsor. No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable and winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes and expenses related to acceptance or use of the prize.

6. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via the email address used to enter within five (5) days following the drawing. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within fifteen (15) days, or fails to complete required documents, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity Rights: By entering, you grant MOUNTAINEER BRAND and its affiliates the right, where permitted by law, to use your name, likeness, city/state, and entry content for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

9. Email Communications & Privacy: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive marketing emails, promotions, product updates, and giveaway-related communications from MOUNTAINEER BRAND. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.mountaineerbrand.com/policies/privacy-policy

10. General Conditions: MOUNTAINEER BRAND reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless MOUNTAINEER BRAND and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, employees, officers, and representatives from any liability, claim, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

12. Disputes: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia and the United States. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in a court located in West Virginia.
