Terms & Conditions for UFC and Drip Hydration Ltd Sweepstakes

1. Introduction

By entering the UFC and Drip Hydration Ltd Sweepstakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The sweepstakes are organized by Drip Hydration Ltd. This promotion is administered through the Viralsweep platform which Drip Hydration Ltd utilises for the secure collection, management and verification of all entries.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must scan a QR code which will be displayed on point of sale across retailers where Drip Water can be purchased in the UK & USA, on their social channels and website.

The competition will be hosted by ViralSweep!

Entrants will be taken through to a landing page where all requested details will need to be completed for the entry to be valid.

Participants must also follow the official Drip Hydration Instagram as part of the competition entry process.

       3. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to individuals based in the UK & US who are at least 18 years old and can attend a UFC event in 2026 at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas.

Employees, agents, or contractors of Drip Hydration Ltd, Zuffa, LLC (“Zuffa”), or any other companies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

      4. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes will begin on 01 January 2026 and end on 31 March 2026 at 17:00 GMT.

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Entrants must ensure their Instagram profile is public so their entry can be verified.

The winner must be able to attend a UFC event by the end of 2026 at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, as the tickets are non-transferable.

Multiple entries by the same individual will result in disqualification.

All entries are collected, verified and managed using the Viralsweep platform.

      5. Prize

The prize consists of two tickets to a UFC event in 2026 at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas.

The prize includes travel to and from Las Vegas and 2 nights accommodation in a hotel, (meals, incidentals, additional hotel charges, and any other personal expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner).

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

    6. Winner Selection

The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries on 31st March 2026.

The winners will be contacted via phone or email within 24 hours of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

       7. Publicity

By entering the sweepstakes, the winner agrees to allow Drip Hydration Ltd and Zuffa to use their name, photograph, and any other relevant information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The winner may be asked to participate in a press event or social media promotions related to the sweepstakes.

       8. General Terms

Drip Hydration Ltd and Zuffa reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes at any time without notice due to circumstances beyond their control.

The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or problems that may occur during the entry process.

By entering the sweepstakes, participants agree to release the Released Parties from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance and use of the prize.

All decisions made by Drip Hydration Ltd and the UFC regarding the sweepstakes are final and binding.

“Released Parties” means Drip Hydration Ltd, Zuffa, and each of their respective parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of the foregoing’s respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and distributors.

       9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

      10. Privacy

Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this sweepstake and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil the prize.
