Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who register on the designated sweepstakes page and are at least 18 years old at entry. Legal residents of Canada and the United States are eligible, except where prohibited by law. Employees of FatBoy Tripods, FOXPRO, their immediate families, and those living in the same household, as well as their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies are ineligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.

Agreement to Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. Furthermore, you accept that the decisions of FatBoy Tripods and FOXPRO regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

Prizes are subject to change as determined by FatBoy Tripods and FOXPRO, and no cash or other prize substitutions are allowed except at our discretion. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be chosen at random under the supervision of FatBoy Tripods. Winners will be notified via the email address provided within five days of selection. FatBoy Tripods is not liable for any missed notifications due to incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 15 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you understand that FatBoy Tripods, FOXPRO, and those acting on their behalf, have the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and Iowa. Any disputes will be resolved individually in the courts of Iowa without resort to class action. Participants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
