Ryobi Giveaway Official Rules & Regulations

1. Duration

The Ryobi Lawn & Garden Tool Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins on May 24th, 2026, at 7:00 A.M. EST and ends on June 30th, 2026, at 11:59 P.M. EST (the "Sweepstakes Period").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of John Malecki LLC, JM Custom Builds LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

There are three ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

a. Purchase Entry: Eligible individuals who make a purchase of any item on JohnMalecki.com during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive bonus entries based on the item purchased. Every $1 spent on the site equals 1 entry. Entry multipliers are per item purchased and stack with multiple purchases.

b. No Purchase Entry (Online Form): To enter without making a purchase, visit www.johnmalecki.com/pages/ryobi-giveaway and complete the entry form with your full name, email address, and mailing address during the Sweepstakes Period. Each eligible individual may submit one (1) free entry per day. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent submissions (scripts, macros, bots, etc.) are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

c. No Purchase Entry (Mail-in): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a postcard and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received no later than five (5) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Each postcard constitutes one (1) entry. Photocopies or automated entries (scripts, macros, etc.) are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. Prizes and Valuation

a. Grand Prize, "The Whole Yard Bundle" (1 winner): Twenty-one (21) Ryobi lawn and garden tools including the R1 80V Riding Lawn Mower ($2,999), 18V Inverter Power Station with four 6.0 Ah batteries ($899), 40V Backpack Blower ($629), 40V Walk-Behind Mower ($589), Concrete Mixer ($349), ONE+ HP Trimmer + Blower Combo ($299), 40V Air Cannon Fan ($249), 40V HP 16 in. Battery Chainsaw ($239), 2100 PSI Electric Pressure Washer ($199), 40V HP 26 in. b. Second Prize, "The Shed Bundle" (1 winner): Fifteen (15) Ryobi lawn and garden tools including the ONE+ HP 18V Push Mower with two 4.0 Ah batteries ($319), 38cc Gas Backpack Blower ($299), 18 in. Gas Chainsaw with Heavy-Duty Case ($229), ONE+ 18V Garden Hoe ($199), 25cc Gas String Trimmer ($169), 1200 PSI Automotive Pressure Washer ($149), ONE+ 18V Soap Scrubber ($149), ONE+ 18V 3-in-1 Mower/Trimmer/Edger ($149), ONE+ HP 18V Mini Chainsaw ($149), ONE+ 18V Pole Saw ($139), ONE+ 18V Grass Shear/Shrubber ($79), Power Spreader ($79.97), USB Lithium Scrubber Kit ($39.97), Lawn and Leaf Bag ($29.97), and 0.080 Pre-Cut Line 5-Pack ($14.97). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,193.00.

c. Daily Bonus Drops (2 winners, drawn at random during the Sweepstakes Period): Individual Ryobi tools including the ONE+ HP 18V Blower with 6.0 Ah battery (ARV: $229.00) and the ONE+ Trimmer/Edger + Blower Combo with 2.0 Ah battery (ARV: $119.00).

Total Sweepstakes ARV: $10,258.00.

Prizes are awarded "AS IS" with no warranty or guarantee from the Sponsor other than the original manufacturer's coverage. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The Whole Yard Bundle and The Shed Bundle winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within two (2) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Daily Bonus Drop winners will be selected at random during the Sweepstakes Period on dates determined by the Sponsor.

Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of the drawing. If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification or fails to comply with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize merchandise must be claimed or picked up within thirty (30) days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Taxes and Conditions

All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Tax Reporting: Under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) effective 2026, the federal Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold for prizes is $2,000. As The Whole Yard Bundle prize value exceeds $2,000, the Sponsor is required to issue a Form 1099-MISC and collect the winner's Social Security number or Taxpayer Identification Number prior to prize fulfillment. The Shed Bundle prize also exceeds the $2,000 threshold and is subject to the same reporting requirements. Daily Bonus Drop prizes fall below the reporting threshold unless a single winner receives multiple prizes totaling $2,000 or more within the calendar year.

Winners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further payment or notice.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless John Malecki LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

9. Disputes

Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any claims for attorneys' fees.
