OFFICIAL RULES - ZEFFY GIVING TUESDAY CHALLENGE

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to individuals with a valid social media account. Contest is void where prohibited by law. Participating nonprofits must be officially registered and operational in the United States or Canada.

2. SPONSOR: Zeffy Corporation ("Sponsor"), contact@zeffy.com.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: Contest begins November 19, 2024, at 12:00:01 AM EST and ends December 3, 2024, at 11:59:59 PM EST ("Entry Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER:
   a) Primary Entry: Complete the entry form designating your chosen nonprofit. b) Bonus Entries (Optional):
   - Like Sponsor's Facebook post and tag two friends
   - Watch the designated Zeffy video
   - Follow Zeffy on Instagram

5. PRIZE: One (1) prize of $10,000 USD will be awarded to the selected nonprofit organization. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000 USD.

6. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 10, 2024. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. Multiple entries for the same nonprofit increase its chances of selection.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Selected nonprofit will be announced on Sponsor's social media platforms and website on December 10, 2024. Winner may be required to complete and return documentation confirming eligibility within specified timeframe.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to:
   (a) abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding;
   (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation. Sponsor reserves right to disqualify entries violating these rules or displaying inappropriate behavior.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for:
   (a) lost, late, incomplete, or invalid entries;
   (b) technical failures of any kind;
   (c) unauthorized human intervention;
   (d) technical or human error.

10. PRIVACY: Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

11. WINNERS LIST: For winner's name, email contact@zeffy.com after December 10, 2024.
