WANDRD x OM SYSTEM Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who complete the online entry form and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada excluding Quebec and is void where prohibited by law.

Employees of WANDRD, OM SYSTEM (the “Sponsors”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of WANDRD, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted online beginning July 21, 2026 at 08:00 AM MDT and ending July 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT.

All online entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. All times are Mountain Time (US & Canada).

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the online entry form available on the Sweepstakes landing page.

Entries must satisfy all Sweepstakes requirements to be eligible. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of WANDRD.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Attempts to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or any other method may result in disqualification. Fraudulent or automated entries are prohibited.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

• 1 × OM SYSTEM OM-3 Camera Kit with M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm F4.0 PRO Lens

• 1 × WANDRD PRVKE Backpack (winner’s choice of size and color)

• 1 × WANDRD ROGUE Sling (winner’s choice of size and color)

• 1 × WANDRD 30mm Magnetic Camera Strap

• 1 × WANDRD 15mm Magnetic Camera Strap Lite

• 1 × WANDRD 15mm Magnetic Camera Wrist Strap

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,014.99 USD

You are not guaranteed to win, and your chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. No cash substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, or local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for WANDRD LLC and OM Digital Solutions Americas Inc to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes where permitted by law, without additional compensation.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the supervision of WANDRD on July 30, 2026.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within five (5) days after the drawing.

Winner may need to complete an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release, tax forms.

WANDRD is not responsible for failed delivery due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days, or fails to complete any required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected.

Any violation of these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

8. Prize Fulfillment

The prize package will be fulfilled by the respective Sponsors. OM SYSTEM will ship the OM-3 Camera Body and M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm F4 PRO Lens. WANDRD will ship the PRVKE Backpack, ROGUE Sling, and Magnetic Camera Straps included in the prize package. The WANDRD Magnetic Camera Straps do not launch until November 2026. WANDRD will deliver this prize as soon as possible but at the latest November 2026.

Prizes may ship separately and arrive at different times. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, or other costs associated with accepting or receiving the prize, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The Sponsors are not responsible for shipping delays or circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

9. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant WANDRD LLC., OM Digital Solutions Americas Inc, and their respective successors, assigns, and licensees the right, where permitted by law, to use your name, likeness, photograph, voice, entry, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, trade, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further notice or compensation.

10. Terms

WANDRD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

WANDRD also reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from WANDRD and OM Digital Solutions Americas Inc. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless WANDRD LLC, OM Digital Solutions Americas Inc, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

This includes, without limitation:

• Technical failures

• Internet or website interruptions

• Unauthorized intervention

• Human or electronic errors

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

12. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

As a condition of participating, entrants agree that disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Utah. Participants waive any right to class action claims and any claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages except for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the WANDRD and OM Digital Privacy Policy.
