BASELINE TRAILERS GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Baseline Trailers Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page and who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Baseline Trailers (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of Baseline Trailers as final and binding regarding all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about February 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM and ending March 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Time (US & Canada). All online entries must be received by March 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the designated site. Entries must meet all Sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Baseline Trailers. Participants may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same individual using different email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Baseline Trailers.

5. Prizes: The winner will receive one (1) Baseline Trailer of their choice from the following options: Dump Trailer (HDU), Tilt Trailer (HTL), or Equipment Trailer (HEQ). The approximate retail value of the prize is $14,000. The prize is nontransferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses, including federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Baseline Trailers to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Prize Pickup Requirement: The winner must pick up the selected trailer in person at Diamond C headquarters, located in Mount Pleasant, Texas, on March 20, 2025. Failure to pick up the prize on this date may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following selection. Baseline Trailers shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notification due to spam, junk mail filters, or incorrect contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 2 days, or does not comply with Sweepstakes requirements, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Baseline Trailers the right to use your entry, name, likeness, voice, and statements about the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

10. Terms: Baseline Trailers reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or other factors beyond its control compromise the fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Baseline Trailers and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, or damages that may occur from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

12. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in a court of law in Texas.
