RSG OFFROAD BLACK FRIDAY TRAIL FEST GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility:

The RSG Offroad Black Friday Trail Fest Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees of RSG Offroad (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules:

By entering, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of RSG Offroad as final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period:

Entries will be accepted online starting November 1, 2025, at 12:01 AM MST and ending November 27, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST. Winners will be announced on Black Friday, November 28, 2025, at 12:00 PM MST.

4. How to Enter:

Entrants must complete the online form available on the official Sweepstakes entry page at https://rsgoffroad.com/pages/black-friday-2025-giveaway. Only one entry per person is permitted. Additional bonus entries may be earned through optional social actions after entry, such as following @RSGOffroad on Instagram, tagging friends, or sharing the contest link, as provided through the entry platform. All entries must meet the stated requirements to be eligible. Incomplete, inaccurate, or duplicate entries will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion. Use of multiple emails, identities, or devices to circumvent entry limits will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes:

A total of three (3) winners will be selected. Approximate total retail value of all prizes: $1,500+.

Winners are not guaranteed and odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No substitution or cash equivalent will be offered except at Sponsor’s discretion. All prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for RSG Offroad to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified by email to the address used during entry within five (5) days of selection. RSG Offroad shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notification due to spam, junk mail filtering, or incorrect contact information. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants:

By entering, entrants grant RSG Offroad and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, image, statements, and entry materials for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes worldwide and in any media without further compensation, notice, or consent, except where prohibited by law.

9. Terms:

RSG Offroad reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of technical corruption, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control that affect the integrity of the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or violates these Rules.

By entering, participants agree to receive periodic marketing emails or SMS messages from RSG Offroad. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in those communications.

10. Limitation of Liability:

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless RSG Offroad, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of any prize. RSG Offroad is not responsible for technical issues, unauthorized human intervention, or any errors that occur in the entry or winner selection process.

11. Disputes:

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually (not via class action) and exclusively before a court located in Denver County, Colorado.
