THE HENDRICK MOTORSPORTS AUTOGRAPHED SHEET METAL CONTEST  OFFICIAL RULES  

The Hendrick Motorsports Autographed Sheet Metal Contest (the "Contest") is offered only in the United  States and is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void wherever  prohibited or restricted by law. Employees (as well as their immediate family members, parents, children,  siblings, spouse and others living in their same household, whether related or not) of the Released Parties  are not eligible to enter the Contest.  

How to enter: To enter the Contest please use official entry form located at  https://store.hendrickmotorsports.com/page/sheetmetalsweepstakes. No purchase necessary to enter or  win. Any purchase will not increase entrant's odds of winning Entries must be received before November  7th, 2022 at 11:59:59 PM ET. Winner scheduled to be drawn November 16th, 2022. All entries become the  property of the Hendrick Motorsports and will not be returned. The Released Parties are not responsible  for lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, late, damaged, destroyed, or delayed entries.  

Prizes/Odds of Winning: Grand Prize: One (1) winner will be selected to receive one (1) piece of #5 sheet  metal autographed by Kyle Larson, one (1) piece of #9 sheet metal autographed by Chase Elliott, one (1)  piece of #24 sheet metal autographed by William Byron, and one (1) piece of #48 sheet metal autographed  by Alex Bowman. Prizes courtesy of Hendrick Motorsports. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of  prize. No prize transfer. No prize redemption after December 31st, 2022. Odds of winning are determined  by the total number of valid entries received.  

General Conditions: By entering the Contest, entrants accept and agree to the Official Rules and the  decisions of the Released Parties which are final and binding in all respects. Winner announced on the  website https://store.hendrickmotorsports.com/page/sheetmetalsweepstakes. In the event of non compliance with requirements or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited  and an alternate winner will be selected. By participating and submitting an entry to the Contest, entrant  agrees that the Released Parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form  of media to make entrant aware of information pertinent to the Contest, and to distribute information  regarding the Released Parties featured products, special events or promotional offers, or coupons.  Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE or  UNSUBCRIBE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions on Hendrick  Motorsports privacy statements, available at each of the websites located at www.hendrickmotorsports.com and store.hendrickmotorsports.com. Entrants have the right to withdraw and correct their personal data,  but entrants are not allowed to re-submit their entries. All issues and questions concerning the  construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations  of each entrant in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the  laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or  provisions. Any claim arising out of the foregoing shall be instituted solely in a court situated in  Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and entrant irrevocably agree to submit to the personal and exclusive  jurisdiction of such court. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. A copy of the Official Rules  may be obtained by sending a request to Hendrick Motorsports Autographed Sheet Metal Contest: 4400  Papa Joe Hendrick Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28262 not later than November 30, 2022.  

Hold Harmless: By accepting the Contest prize, except where prohibited by law, winners agree to the use  of his or her name and photograph for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation or  notice. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Hendrick Motorsports, LLC, HMS  Holdings, LLC, Kyle Larson, Kyle Larson, Racing, Inc., Chase Elliott, Chase Elliott Motorsports, LLC, Chase  Elliott Endorsements, LLC, William Byron, Byron Racing, Inc., Alex Bowman, Alex Bowman Racing, Inc.,  and their affiliates and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, 

shareholders, members, successors, agents, licensors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”)  from any and all liability arising from participating in the Contest, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of  prize, regardless of whether such claims are founded in whole or part upon alleged negligence, gross  negligence or willful misconduct of any of the Released Parties. The Released Parties reserve the right, at  their sole discretion, to amend and interpret these Official Rules at any time, to disqualify any individual it  finds, in their sole discretion, (i) to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; (ii)  to be in violation of the Official Rules; or (iii) to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to  annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the  proper play of the Contest or defraud the Released Parties in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent  of the law. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws of the United States.  

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate  information, including, without limitation, that which is caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or  by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or  human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Contest. The Released Parties assume no  responsibilities for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, or defection, delay in operation or  transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of  entries in processing the Contest entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or  technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers,  computer equipment, software, failure of email or entrants on accounts of technical problems or traffic  congestion on the Internet or at any web site associated with the Contest. The Released Parties are not  responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of  running as planned, including, without limitation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or  any other causes beyond the control of the Released Parties, that could corrupt or affect the administration,  security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, then the Released Parties may at their sole  discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time.  

The Contest and the Grand Prize are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or  implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular  purpose or non-infringement.
