Rules

Rules updated October 12, 2026 to add Refer-a-Friend bonus entries (Section 4(e)). All entrants, including those who entered before this date, may earn referral entries from this date forward.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING OVER THE FREE MAIL-IN METHOD OF ENTRY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 4. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility: The Orange Army Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). Employees of Roughridge LLC (the "Sponsor") and of each Prize Provider listed in Section 5, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, and you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements above.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) and ends on November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter: There are five ways to earn entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

(a) Online Entry (1 entry): Visit roughridgestove.com/pages/orange-army and complete the entry form, including a valid email address and your state of residence. Limit one online entry per person and per email address.

(b) Purchase Entry (5 entries): Purchase a Highcountry Cook System at roughridgestove.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Purchase entries are credited to the email address used at checkout. Limit one purchase entry per person, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases. Purchases of other products, including fuel, do not earn entries.

(c) Free Mail-In Entry (5 entries): Hand print your first and last name, email address, mailing address and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Orange Army Giveaway, Roughridge LLC, 3101 Kintzley Court Unit A, Laporte, CO 80535. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 1, 2026 and received by November 2, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person and one card per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Each eligible mail-in entry receives the same number of entries as a purchase entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mail.

(d) Bonus Actions (1 entry each): After submitting an online entry, you may earn 1 bonus entry for subscribing to the Roughridge Stove Co. YouTube channel and, beginning on or about October 11, 2026, 1 bonus entry for watching the Roughridge elk hunt film through the entry page. Each bonus action may be completed once per person.

(e) Refer-a-Friend (2 entries per referral): Beginning October 12, 2026, after submitting an online entry, you will receive a unique referral link. You earn 2 bonus entries for each friend who uses your link to submit a valid online entry during the Sweepstakes Period. A referral counts only if the friend is an eligible new entrant who has not previously entered. Limit 5 referrals per person (10 bonus referral entries maximum). Self-referrals, referrals using multiple or disposable email addresses, and referrals generated by automated means are not valid and may result in disqualification of all of the referrer's entries.

Bonus Entry Periods: Sponsor may announce limited bonus entry periods by email or on the Sweepstakes page. During any such period, purchase entries and mail-in entries postmarked during that period will earn the same increased number of entries. Bonus entry periods do not apply to referral entries.

You may not obtain or attempt to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices or any automated means. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not claim the prize within fifteen (15) days of notification, or does not return the required documents on time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Any violation of these Official Rules by a winner, at Sponsor's sole discretion, will result in disqualification.

8. Rights Granted by You: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation.

9. Communications and Partner Sharing: By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Roughridge LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you check the optional box on the entry form to receive offers from the Prize Providers, Sponsor will share your email address and state with the Prize Providers listed in Section 5 after the Sweepstakes ends, and each Prize Provider may send you marketing communications under its own privacy policy. Checking this box is not required to enter or win.

10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In that case, Sponsor may select winners from all eligible entries received before the action taken. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, uses bots, scripts or multiple identities, or otherwise violates these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Prize Providers, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or any portion of a prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (iv) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
