Overview

The “idobi Guest List: Waterparks Giveaway” (“Sweepstakes”) is organized and sponsored by idobi Network, LLC (“Sponsor”).

One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) eligible Waterparks (Almost) No Barricade Tour date. Houston, Texas performances are specifically excluded from this Sweepstakes.

Waterparks are bringing their intimate (Almost) No Barricade Tour across the country, and idobi is putting one winner on the idobi Guest List.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR APP DOWNLOAD WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins September 25, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. ET and ends October 9, 2026 at 12:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Entries may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period through the free idobi app, associated promotional links, or at idobi.com.

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by following the instructions provided through:

• The free idobi app;

• Associated promotional links; or

• idobi.com.

Limit one (1) entry per person and email address during the Sweepstakes Period unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning regardless of the permitted method of entry.

Automated, bot-generated, script-generated, bulk, incomplete, fraudulent, mechanically reproduced, or otherwise unauthorized entries are prohibited and may be disqualified.

Normal internet access, wireless data, and other charges imposed by a participant’s service provider may apply and are the participant’s sole responsibility.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

The winner must be legally able to attend the selected Waterparks tour date.

The November 28, 2026 and November 29, 2026 Waterparks performances in Houston, Texas are not eligible prize dates. No Houston, Texas performance may be selected as part of this Sweepstakes.

The winner and guest are responsible for satisfying all applicable venue, ticketing, identification, age, security, health, and entry requirements.

The winner and guest may be required to possess valid government-issued identification or other documentation required to claim the tickets or enter the event.

Sponsor is not responsible if the winner or guest is denied entry to the event for any reason.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, promotional partners, prize providers, advertising partners, fulfillment partners, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes spouses, domestic partners, parents, legal guardians, siblings, children, and their respective spouses or domestic partners.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or around October 10, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information supplied with the entry, generally within twenty-four (24) hours after selection.

The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours after the notification is sent and provide all information reasonably requested by Sponsor.

Failure to respond within the required period, inability to contact the potential winner, failure to satisfy the eligibility requirements, or failure to complete required documentation may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner at random.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the potential winner’s eligibility before awarding the prize.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor, including an eligibility declaration, liability release, publicity release, tax documentation, prize acceptance form, guest information, and information necessary for ticket fulfillment.

All decisions made by Sponsor regarding eligibility, winner selection, administration, interpretation, and prize fulfillment are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

There is one (1) prize available.

Prize

The single winner will receive:

• Two (2) tickets to one (1) eligible Waterparks (Almost) No Barricade Tour date.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200 USD.

The actual value may vary based on ticket prices, fees, availability, fulfillment details, and the tour date selected. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

Winner may request an eligible tour date, but all date selections are subject to ticket availability, venue capacity, promoter approval, tour scheduling, and Sponsor approval. Sponsor does not guarantee availability for any particular city, venue, or performance.

The Houston, Texas tour stops are expressly excluded from the prize. The Waterparks performances scheduled for November 28, 2026 and November 29, 2026 in Houston, Texas are not eligible for selection.

If additional Waterparks performances in Houston, Texas are added, rescheduled, or substituted during the applicable tour period, those Houston performances will also be excluded unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise in writing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Sponsor, the prize does not include:

• Airfare or other travel;

• Hotel accommodations;

• Ground transportation;

• Public transportation;

• Parking;

• Meals or beverages;

• Travel or health insurance;

• Taxes, fees, or deposits;

• Baggage charges;

• Personal expenses or incidentals;

• Merchandise;

• Artist meet-and-greets;

• Backstage access;

• VIP upgrades; or

• Any other expense associated with accepting or using the prize.

The winner and guest are solely responsible for arranging and paying for transportation to and from the selected event.

Artists, supporting acts, lineups, set times, schedules, venues, tour dates, and all other event details are subject to change without notice. No particular supporting artist, performance, set time, venue, setlist, or experience is guaranteed.

Tickets are subject to availability, capacity, scheduling, promoter approval, venue policies, ticketing-provider rules, and any restrictions established by Waterparks, the tour promoter, venue, artists, sponsors, ticketing providers, or partners.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. No prize substitution will be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as required by applicable law.

The winner may not sell, auction, barter, assign, transfer, or commercially exploit the prize or any prize component.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Taxes and Other Costs

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, reporting requirements, fees, and costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

The winner may be required to provide tax documentation and may receive applicable tax reporting forms.

Any taxes or reporting obligations arising from acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law.

Prize Fulfillment

Prize fulfillment will begin after the potential winner:

• Confirms eligibility;

• Responds within the required period;

• Provides valid contact information;

• Selects an eligible non-Houston Waterparks tour date, subject to availability and Sponsor approval;

• Provides any required guest information;

• Provides any required ticketing or will-call information; and

• Completes all documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.

The winner must provide all requested information promptly after notification to allow sufficient time for ticket fulfillment.

Delivery and fulfillment timelines may vary based on third-party ticketing, electronic-ticket delivery, will-call procedures, promoter approval, venue requirements, and fulfillment-provider procedures.

Tickets may be delivered electronically, transferred through a third-party ticketing platform, or held at will call.

The winner and guest may be required to retrieve tickets at will call and present valid government-issued identification.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by ticket availability, electronic delivery, vendor processing, promoter approval, venue changes, ticketing issues, tour changes, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Guest Requirements

The winner’s guest must satisfy all applicable age, identification, ticketing, venue, and event requirements.

The guest may be required to complete a liability and publicity release before participating in the prize.

Once the guest has been confirmed and ticketing information has been submitted, the winner may not substitute a different guest unless Sponsor expressly approves the substitution.

The winner and guest must attend the event together when required by the promoter, venue, ticketing provider, or fulfillment partner.

If the winner attends without a guest, no compensation, cash payment, substitution, or additional prize will be provided for the unused ticket.

Tour Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Prize Substitution

If the selected eligible Waterparks tour date or any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including event cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, artist cancellation, lineup changes, ticketing issues, promoter approval, government actions, labor disputes, severe weather, acts of God, force majeure events, public-health restrictions, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Substitute another eligible non-Houston tour date;

• Substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater approximate retail value;

• Award the available portion of the prize without additional compensation;

• Reschedule fulfillment when reasonably possible; or

• Cancel or modify the prize, subject to applicable law.

Under no circumstances will a Houston, Texas performance automatically become an eligible substitute tour date.

Sponsor is not responsible for reimbursing travel, lodging, deposits, change fees, or other expenses incurred by the winner or guest.

Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Tampers with the entry or winner-selection process;

• Attempts to interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes;

• Submits multiple entries using different names, addresses, email addresses, accounts, devices, or identities;

• Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods;

• Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information;

• Violates these Official Rules;

• Engages in abusive, threatening, disruptive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct; or

• Attempts to obtain an unfair advantage over other participants.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website, application, entry platform, or network or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate civil or criminal law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, biographical information, submitted entry materials, statements, photographs, video, and prize-related content for advertising, promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without further payment, notice, review, or approval.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.

Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, process entries, verify eligibility, select and contact the winner, fulfill the prize, prevent fraud, and conduct related promotional activities in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices and applicable privacy laws.

By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the information reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and fulfill the prize.

Personal information may be shared with ticketing providers, artists or their representatives, tour promoters, venues, fulfillment providers, professional advisers, technology vendors, and government authorities when reasonably necessary for administration, fulfillment, security, or legal compliance.

Personal information may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Participants may withdraw consent to certain uses of their information by contacting Sponsor, but doing so before prize fulfillment may make it impossible to administer the entry or award the prize.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree that Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, promotional partners, advertising partners, prize providers, artists, artist representatives, tour organizers, promoters, venues, ticketing providers, and fulfillment providers are not responsible for:

• Technical failures, platform outages, or entry errors;

• Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications;

• Incorrect or inaccurate entry information;

• Prize-notification or delivery delays;

• Ticketing, venue, promoter, tour, or fulfillment delays;

• Event cancellations, postponements, lineup changes, artist changes, schedule changes, weather delays, or venue changes;

• Ticket delivery, pickup, replacement, activation, scanning, or access issues;

• Denial of entry to the venue or event;

• Travel, airfare, accommodations, transportation, meals, parking, insurance, taxes, fees, deposits, incidentals, or other expenses;

• Lost or stolen identification or tickets; or

• Any injury, loss, damage, liability, or expense arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

The winner assumes responsibility for complying with all prize terms, venue policies, promoter policies, ticketing policies, public-health requirements, and applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor’s total liability arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes or prize will not exceed the approximate retail value of the prize.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Sweepstakes Modification or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, security issues, unauthorized intervention, legal or regulatory requirements, platform failures, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity, fairness, security, administration, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled closing date, Sponsor may select a winner from the eligible entries received before termination, when lawful and reasonably practicable.

Governing Law and Disputes

Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute not subject to a participant’s mandatory local consumer-protection rights must be brought individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Nevada.

Participants waive any right to pursue claims as part of a class, consolidated, representative, or collective action to the extent such a waiver is permitted by law.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions concerning the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Headings are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Official Rules.

Third-Party Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Waterparks, any supporting artist, participating venue, ticketing provider, tour promoter, or any other social, advertising, ticketing, entertainment, or technology platform on which the promotion may appear, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Participants release those third parties from claims arising solely from the administration of this Sweepstakes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
