Mark the envelope "Pokémon Trade Night Giveaway." Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope and one (1) per person. Mail-in entries must be received by October 2, 2026 to be included in the drawing. No purchase, membership, or payment of any kind is required to use this method.

However you enter, you must be physically present at Game Outpost Mesa at 6:30 PM MST on October 3, 2026 when winners are announced. Entering by mail secures your entry; it does not remove the requirement to be present in order to claim a prize.

Additional free entries may be earned by following Game Outpost on Instagram and TikTok and by referring other attendees, as described on the entry page. All bonus entry methods are free.

Limit one (1) base entry per person across all entry methods. Use of any robotic, automated, programmed, or duplicate-identity entry method will void all entries by that person and that person may be disqualified.

5. Prizes
Guaranteed prizes. Six (6) Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Boxes will be awarded.

Additional prizes. Sponsor may award additional Pokémon products selected from available inventory. The number and identity of any additional prizes are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may vary based on total in-person check-ins at the event. Additional prizes are not guaranteed and no specific quantity, product, or value is promised.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted at 6:30 PM MST on October 3, 2026 at Game Outpost Mesa.

Winners must be physically present when their name is announced. If a selected entrant is not present, does not come forward within a reasonable period as determined by Sponsor on site, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn at random from among the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may require a winner to present valid government-issued photo identification and to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release before a prize is awarded.

7. Prize Conditions
Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged prior to award. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any media worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or additional compensation. Entrants acknowledge that the event may be filmed, photographed, and streamed live, and that by attending they may appear in that footage.

9. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner, and to remove any such person from the premises.
