NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: Open only to legal U.S. residents 18 years or older.

2. Agreement to Rules: By entering, participants agree to these rules and all decisions by Yamazaki USA Inc., which are final and binding.

3. Entry Period: Enter online between January 21st, 12:00 AM and February 5th, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

4. How to Enter: Submit your entry using the online form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address (not including “Bonus Entries,” as described after entry). Additional entries per person/email address, excluding “Bonus Entries” will not be acknowledged. 

Bonus Entries: Each person who submits an entry to the Sweepstakes will have the opportunity to obtain additional entries by performing listed social actions.

By entering the Giveaway in accordance with the entry process described above, you will be registering to receive email communication from Yamazaki Home and Brooklyn Candle Studio.

5. Prizes: Total ARV of all prizes is $800. Prizes include digital gift cards. No prize transfer or cash alternatives unless specified by the Sponsor.

6. Odds: One winner will be chosen. Winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners selected randomly and notified by email within three days of selection. Unclaimed prizes forfeited after 2 days.

8. Rights Granted: By entering, you grant Yamazaki USA Inc. the right to use your entry and related personal information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. General Conditions: Sweepstakes subject to federal, state, local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures impair integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor.

10. Limitations of Liability: By entering, you release Yamazaki USA Inc. from any claims resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

11. Disputes: All disputes resolved in New York courts; participants waive rights to class action.

12. Privacy: Entry information governed by Sponsor’s privacy policy.
