Bluedot Living Ettitude Summer Sleep Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Ettitude Summer Sleep Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who (a) complete the entry form at https://bluedotliving.com/bluedot-living-ettitude-sweepstakes/ between the dates listed below and (b) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry. If a winner is deemed a minor under the law of their state of residence, prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian at Sponsor’s discretion. Employees, officers, and directors of Bluedot, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants (and a parent/legal guardian for any minor entrant) agree to be fully bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted from July 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) until July 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period.

4. How to Enter

Visit the Sweepstakes site at the URL above and submit the online entry form. Complete all required fields. Limit one (1) main entry per email address. Bonus entries may be earned by the actions indicated on the entry form (e.g., subscribing to newsletters, following social channels, sharing a referral link). Use of multiple email addresses, identities, bots, or any automated system to enter or circumvent rules will void all such entries and may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a $2,500 Ettitude digital gift card (Approximate Retail Value: USD $2,500). No cash alternative or substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Allow 4–6 weeks for delivery. All taxes and any other expenses not stated herein are the winner’s responsibility. Prize is non-transferable.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about July 30, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries to select the potential winner. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided within five (5) days of the drawing. If a potential winner (a) cannot be contacted, (b) fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours, (c) is found ineligible, or (d) fails to timely complete required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, statements, and city/state for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants (and a parent/legal guardian for any minor entrant) agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law doctrines. Any disputes shall be resolved individually (not as part of a class action) in a state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may share your email address with carefully selected partners and advertisers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

13. Winner List / Official Rules

For the winner’s name or a copy of these Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Bluedot, Inc., 21031 Ventura Blvd, Suite 950, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. VT residents may omit return postage. Requests must be received by August 30, 2025.
