OFFICIAL RULES – “Fall Into Local” Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR
   The Fall Into Local Community Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Tanque Verde Market, located in Tucson, Arizona.

2. ELIGIBILITY
   Open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) of Tanque Verde Market or any participating vendor are not eligible to win. Void outside Arizona and where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
   The Sweepstakes begins on October 20, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM (Arizona Time) on October 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the end of the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER
   To enter, participants must:

• Submit a valid email address through the official entry form; and

• Agree to have their email address shared with all participating Fall Into Local vendors.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

5. CONSENT TO SHARE INFORMATION
   By entering, participants expressly consent to have their email address shared with Tanque Verde Market and all 23 participating local businesses involved in this giveaway. Each business may use the provided email address for marketing or promotional purposes consistent with their privacy policies.

6. PRIZE
   The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1,400.00. Prizes are donated by participating vendors and may include goods, services, or gift certificates. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
   One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Tanque Verde Market on or about November 1, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

The prize will be available for pickup in person at Tanque Verde Market on November 8, 2025. A valid photo ID is required at pickup.

8. PUBLICITY
   By accepting the prize, the winner grants Tanque Verde Market and participating vendors the right to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   Tanque Verde Market reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

10. RELEASE
    By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tanque Verde Market and all participating vendors, and their respective owners, affiliates, and representatives, from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

11. GOVERNING LAW
    This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona.
