The Midwife Mumma Giveaway is sponsored by Babybee and is governed by the following Official Rules. By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Babybee are final in all respects. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Babybee (au.support@babybeeonline.com).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Babybee and participating brands only, no other parties. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy in this document.

Babybee shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this web page.

Babybee also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry period
Entry is open from 9am AEDT 24 February 2025 and closes at midnight AEDT 10 March 2025. Only entries received during this time will be eligible for the prize draw.

How to enter

Instagram Entry:

1. Click through to the competition landing page (via the Sponsored Instagram Competition Post or Link on Babybee's Instagram profile @babybeeprams).

2. Complete the sign up form by providing your name, email address and phone number on the landing page.

Facebook Sponsored Post Entry:

1. Click “Learn More” on any Sponsored Competition Facebook Post to the competition landing page.

2. Complete the sign up form by providing your name, email address and phone number on the landing page.

Email Entry:

1. Click through to the competition landing page (via the Competition Email).

2. Complete the sign up form by providing your name, email address and phone number on the landing page.

Website Entry:

1. Click through to the competition landing page (via the Competition banner or pop up).

2. Complete the sign up form by providing your name, email address and phone number on the landing page.

Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random on 11 March 2025 at Babybee Head Office; U3/260 Whitehall Street, Yarraville, VIC 3013.

The winner will be notified via. email within 1 week of the monthly draw.

The winner will be announced on the Babybee competitions web page and on each of our Instagram accounts.

The prize

The prize includes:

• JUNO pram valued at up to $1,949.99
• Midwife Mumm Sleep Pack valued at $975 - Includes: Phone Consult ($399); Breast Pump ($279); Portable White Noise ($89); Plug in White Noise ($119); Cosy Nips ($89)

If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, the winner forfeits the prize, and we reserve the right to select a new winner.

These prizes must be redeemed and used within six months of the winners being announced.

The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute, cancel or change terms, including the prize without giving notice.

Privacy Policy

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant’s prior consent. By entering this competition, you consent to the collection of your personal information, which may be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting you with marketing material from Babybee and Midwife Mumma. You agree that your data may be shared between the participating brands for these purposes. 

You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any marketing email or SMS, or by contacting us directly.

Indemnification and limitation of liability
BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS BABYBEE, THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. BABYBEE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. BABYBEE AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ENTERING THE COMPETITION.
