PIPERBLUE FASHION WEEK GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the PiperBlue Ultimate Fashion Week Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) and constitute a binding legal agreement between each entrant and the Sponsor. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. SPONSOR

The Giveaway is sponsored by PIPERBLUE LLC, located at 1014 Highline Road, Lake Point, Utah 84074.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 19, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”). ViralSweep database clock is the official timekeeper for this Giveaway. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, eligible entrants may enter via Instagram and/or TikTok as follows

(one entry method per platform; entrants may submit one entry per platform, for a maximum of two (2) entries per person across the Giveaway Period unless otherwise stated):

1. Follow @PiperBlueOrganicMakeup on the applicable platform (Instagram and/or TikTok).

2. Like the official Giveaway post on that platform.

3. Tag the number of friends specified in the official Giveaway post in the comments of that post.

All entry elements (follow, like, and tag) must be completed and remain in place through the end of the Giveaway Period and at the time of winner verification, or the entry may be deemed ineligible. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or that do not follow these Official Rules will be disqualified. Limit as stated above; multiple or duplicate entries beyond the stated limit will be void. Use of multiple social media accounts, bots, scripts, or other automated means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. PRIZES

There are six (6) total winners across two (2) prize tiers, as follows:

Grand Prize Winners (2 total):

Grand Prize Winner #1: One (1) backstage pass to a Fashion Week runway show (specific show, city, and date to be determined by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,900.

Grand Prize Winner #2: One (1) guest pass to attend a Fashion Week runway show (specific show, city, and date to be determined by Sponsor). ARV: $1,900.

Runner-Up Prizes (4 total):

Each of four (4) runner-up winners will receive one (1) PiperBlue product or bundle. ARV: $39-200 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $454. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if a prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners are solely responsible for any costs and expenses associated with prizereceipt and use that are not expressly stated as being included (e.g., transportation to a show location unless otherwise specified, incidental expenses, gratuities).

6. TRAVEL (IF APPLICABLE TO GRAND PRIZES)

If either Grand Prize includes travel, the applicable winner (and guest, if applicable) must possess valid government-issued photo identification and, for any international travel, a valid passport (and any other required travel documentation) at the time of travel. Travel dates will bespecified by Sponsor and are non-negotiable absent Sponsor's prior written consent. Failure to possess required documentation, failure to travel on the specified dates, or failure to comply with any travel requirement may result in forfeiture of the prize, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. Winners (and any eligible guest) may be required to execute a travel liability/publicity release prior to travel.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative within 7 business days after the end of the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by direct message (DM) on the platform on which they entered and/or by email, using the contact information associated with the winning entry, within 7 days of the drawing. Potential winners may be required to respond to the notification within 24  hours of attempted notification, and/or to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release, in order to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the required time period, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.

8. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of a prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 (or other required tax documentation) to winners as required by applicable law, and may require winners to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number for this purpose.

9. PUBLICITY / GRANT OF RIGHTS

Except where prohibited by law, by entering and/or accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner's name, city/state of residence, likeness, voice, statements, submitted content, and entry materials, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional and advertising purposes related to this Giveaway, without further notice, review, approval, or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Inc./ByteDance, or any of their respective affiliated companies. Entrants release Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and their affiliates from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or TikTok.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, or any portion of it, if it becomes incapable of running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in Sponsor's sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, Sponsor, or its representatives.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry or contact information; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware or software, or platform availability; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; (d) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to entrants or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to entrants' participation in the Giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation: (a) personal injury, death, or property damage; (b) errors in these Official Rules or in the announcement of a prize; (c) any technical failures of any kind; or (d) any other matter relating to the Giveaway. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by entrants or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in the Giveaway, or for technical errors of any kind.

13. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tooele County/Utah having jurisdiction. Entrants further agree that, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than entrants' actual out-of-pocket expenses, and entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. SMS CONSENT

If text messaging is offered as part of the entry or notification process, opting in to receive SMS messages is entirely optional and is not required to enter the Giveaway or to be eligible to win a prize. Message and data rates may apply. Entrants may opt out of SMS communications at any time by following the instructions provided in any such message.

15. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from entrants in connection with this Giveaway will be used by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules and PiperBlue's Privacy Policy, available at [https://piperbluemakeup.com/policies/privacy-policy]. By entering, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to PiperBlue's Privacy Policy.

16. WINNERS LIST

To request the name of the winner(s) and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 1014 Highline Road, Lake Point, Utah 84074, Attn: PiperBlue Fashion Week Giveaway, to be received within 14 days after the end of the Giveaway Period, or email support@piperbluemakeup.com with “Winners List Request” in the subject line.
