4. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
5. The stay must take place within 12 months (from the date the winner is contacted) 
6. The stay must be within Bay Properties low season and is subject to availability. Contact must be made directly to make the booking.
7. The stay is only valid for the listing “Beach House Upstairs” the same property marketed in the giveaway. 
8. Bay Properties reserves the right to change or cancel the booking should any outside influence occur. Or a breach of the rules applies. 
9. A liability waiver is required to be signed prior to check in 
10. The winner will receive their prize pack on arrival.
