  Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner Chosen on our After August 5th, 2026

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified via email and/or text and must respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and claim the prize.

  • If the selected winner does not respond within the required time frame, an alternate winner may be chosen.

  Claiming & Access Information

  • Once the winner has been contacted and eligibility is confirmed, full instructions for ticket delivery and prize fulfillment will be provided directly.

  • Any additional camping upgrades, vehicle passes, or lodging arrangements are not included unless explicitly stated.

  • Travel, meals, transportation, and any other incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  Additional Terms

  • The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other items.

  • By entering, participants grant Party Guru Productions permission to use their name and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
