Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

🎟️ Two (2) General Admission weekend passes to Camp Alderwild 2026, taking place August 28–29, 2026 at Telluride Town Park

🏕️ Two (2) Tent Camping passes for Camp Alderwild 2026

🎉 Two (2) tickets to one official Camp Alderwild After Party or Day Party of the winner’s choice, subject to availability at the time of selection

The winner’s preferred After Party or Day Party is not guaranteed. If the selected event is sold out or unavailable, the winner may be asked to choose from the remaining available options.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected on or after August 5, 2026.

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified by email and/or text message and must respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and claim the prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within the required time frame, is determined to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Claiming & Access Information

Once the winner has been contacted and eligibility has been confirmed, complete instructions for ticket delivery, camping access, and prize fulfillment will be provided directly.

The prize includes only the items specifically listed above. Vehicle passes, camping upgrades, lodging, travel, meals, transportation, and all other incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner is responsible for reviewing and complying with all event, venue, camping, age, and admission requirements.

Additional Terms

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other item.

After Party and Day Party tickets are subject to availability and may not be exchanged after the winner’s selection has been confirmed.

By entering, participants grant Party Guru Productions permission to use their name and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who complete all required entry steps and are legally eligible to attend the event.

The winner may not be an employee, contractor, representative, or immediate family member of Party Guru Productions.

Party Guru Productions reserves the right to disqualify entrants affiliated with participating artist teams, marketing firms, production companies, venues, sponsors, promoters, or other event-related entities to ensure fairness.

If an affiliation or eligibility issue is suspected, Party Guru Productions may request additional information or select an alternate winner.

General Conditions

Party Guru Productions is not responsible for technical issues, incomplete entries, incorrect contact information, platform errors, or other malfunctions that may affect participation or winner notification.

All first-time entrants will be automatically subscribed to the Party Guru Productions email newsletter and may unsubscribe at any time.

The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Party Guru Productions reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control affect the fairness, security, or administration of the promotion.

By entering, participants agree to these official rules and acknowledge that all eligibility, winner-selection, and prize-fulfillment decisions made by Party Guru Productions are final.
