DNA Fan Fest Survival Kit Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The DNA Fan Fest Survival Kit Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of DNA Cards & Collectibles (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 6, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on June 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. How to Enter

You may enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of the following ways:

• Online Form: Visit https://dnacardsandcollectibles.com/pages/contest and complete the entry form with your name and email address.

• Social Media Entry: Post your entry on Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #DNAFanFest and tag @DNACardShop. Your profile must be public for the entry to be valid.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.

Any attempt to enter more than once using multiple email addresses, social media accounts, identities, or other means will result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 18, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Winners will be notified via email or direct message on social media within five (5) business days. Each winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.

5. Prizes

• $250 in DNA Credit (Must Attend FanFest to Win)
  One of our exclusive DNA backpacks will include $250 store credit—must be at the event and find Adam to claim. We’ll record content as you shop with your winnings!

• 2 Tickets to Any Stadium of Your Choice (Up to $500 value)
  Can’t attend FanFest? No problem—enter by resharing posts, liking, and tagging friends to be eligible.

Weekly Giveaway Prizes

Each post leading up to the event will feature a new mystery prize!
Winners will be selected weekly, so stay active and engaged.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution will be made except as provided by Sponsor.

6. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Twitter, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the Sweepstakes or the prize.

7. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
