No Purchase Necessary To Enter Or Win. The sweepstakes is open between November 12, 2024, and November 26, 2024. Must be 18 years of age or older as of November 12, 2024, to enter. Giveaway closes on 11/26 at 11:59 PM PST.

Entry Method: To enter the sweepstakes, participants must complete and submit the ViralSweep entry form. Additionally, participants must be following the Instagram accounts @drinkdesoi, @meierskis, and @halfdays at the time of the drawing to be eligible. Failure to follow all required accounts at the time of drawing will result in disqualification.

1. Drawings: One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received by Meier LLC, De Soi Inc., and Halfdays Apparel Corp. (the "Sponsors"), whose decisions in all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. The potential winner will be selected in a drawing and contacted by De Soi Inc. via email within 24 hours of the giveaway’s conclusion. The potential winner will then have 72 hours from the time of contact to respond and accept the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within this 72-hour period, an alternate winner will be chosen in a redrawing, with the same response time and rules applying to each subsequent drawing until a winner is confirmed. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.

2. Prize: One (1) custom pair or Meier skis with the De Soi graphic, one (1) 2024/25 IKON Pass, twenty-four (24) cans of De Soi St. Moritz Mule, and the winner’s choice of one of the following sets from Halfdays: (1) set of base layers, (1) ski jacket, (1) ski pant, OR (1) Murphy one-piece ski suit, (1) pair of ski socks, and (1) beanie. Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. No substitution for prizes. Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes on the value of his/her prize.

3. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to all entrants over the age of 18 living in the 48 contiguous United States. Void where prohibited by law or regulation. Not open to employees and their families of Meier LLC (DBA Meier Skis), De Soi Inc., Halfdays Apparel Corp., their subsidiaries, affiliates, participating retailers, prize suppliers, advertising, and production agencies. All Federal, State, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. Limitation of Liability: The Sponsors are not responsible for typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind; or for lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in the sweepstakes. Entrants agree that the Sponsors, their promotional partners, related companies, agencies, and respective employees or officers shall not be liable for losses, injury, death, damages, or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
