1. Sponsor

The KORRES x Lilla P Fall Into Comfort Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by KORRES USA Ltd., located at 80 Maiden Ln, New York, NY, 10038 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Lilla P, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at Wednesday, October 29 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at Wednesday, November 5 at 11:59PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted or eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the Sweepstakes entry page hosted by ViralSweep and complete the entry form by providing your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge and agree to receive marketing emails and SMS/text messages from KORRES. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe from such communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided.

Each bonus entry action may only be completed once per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants may earn one (1) additional entry for each of the following actions:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. By participating via any of these social media platforms, participants are also subject to the individual platform’s terms and conditions and privacy policies.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 6, 2025. The random drawing will be conducted via ViralSweep. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, or similar documentation prior to receipt of the prize.

6. Prize

The winner will receive a prize package for themselves and one (1) guest, which includes:

• One (1) Advent Calendar valued at $428, retail $119
• One (1) Lilla P Sweater retail $248 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $367 USD

All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions or exchanges will be allowed, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

7. Travel Terms

Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and must coordinate travel with Sponsor. Travel must be completed within one (1) year of winner confirmation unless otherwise stated. All travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Winner and guest are responsible for all required identification and travel documents. Additional expenses not specified herein (including ground transportation, incidentals, meals, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Privacy & Marketing Consent

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.korres.com/pages/privacy-policy. Entrants also agree to receive marketing emails and text messages from KORRES only. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in promotional emails or replying STOP to any text messages.

Your information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use your name, likeness, biographical information, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specifically stated herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Lilla P, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
