Svendiesel’s Ultimate BBQ Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Svendiesel’s Ultimate BBQ Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Diestel Family Ranch, Drip EZ, Lane’s BBQ, Roto-Q 360, and Rad Giveaways, and hosted in partnership with BBQ influencer Svendiesel (collectively, the “Sponsor”). All references to “Sponsor” in these Official Rules refer collectively to the participating brands, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, and marketing partners.

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, as well as immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and is void where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Failure to comply with any term or condition herein may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date], 2025 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on [End Date], 2025 at 11:59 PM MST(“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.

5. How to Enter

To enter, complete the official entry form available on the Sponsor’s designated sweepstakes landing page. Entrants must provide all required information including name, email address, and optionally a mobile number for SMS updates.

• Limit: One (1) entry per person.
• Prohibited: The use of automated software, multiple email addresses, or fraudulent methods of entry will result in disqualification.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Total value will vary based on availability and models. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed item with one of equal or greater value.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, and statements for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in any media format without further compensation—unless prohibited by law.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. No purchase or payment increases your odds.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing on or about the first business day following the close of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry.

• The winner must respond within 15 days of notification.
• Failure to respond, provide required information, or meet eligibility criteria may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or spam-filtered emails.

10. Right to Cancel or Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if technical issues, fraud, or other factors compromise the integrity or fairness of the promotion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

11. Release of Liability

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Diestel Family Ranch, Drip EZ, Lane’s BBQ, Roto-Q 360, Rad Giveaways, Svendiesel, and all related affiliates, officers, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Technical failures or errors
• Unauthorized third-party intervention
• Human error in Sweepstakes administration
• Injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation or prize use

12. Privacy and Communications

By entering, you agree to receive email and SMS communications from the Sponsors and Rad Giveaways regarding promotional offers, exclusive content, and product updates. Information collected will be handled in accordance with each Sponsor’s privacy policy.
