No Purchase Necessary To Enter Or Win. The sweepstakes is open between August 10, 2023 and sometime around December 4, 2023 (date for individual prizes subject to change based upon tour length). 2. Drawings: winners will be selected in random drawings conducted from among all eligible entries received, by TGR, whose decisions in all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Potential winners will be notified by email, and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release that must be returned and received within 14 days of the date mailed to the potential winner or an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. 3. Prizes are: 1 (one) Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition (additional details and rules as listed below).  Additional prizes include: a trip for two (2) to Jackson Hole, WY, a trip from Eleven, and prize packages from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, YETI, Tincup Whiskey, Atomic Skis, Mammut, and other providers as determined by Teton Gravity Research.  Prizes may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. No substitution for prizes. Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes on the value of his/her prize. The trip to Jackson Hole is based on available space (some restrictions apply). 4. Eligibility: the sweepstakes is open to all entrants over the age of 17, with the exception of the trip to Jackson Hole, the trip with Eleven, the Sierra Nevada prize pack and the Tincup prize, where entrants must be over the age of 21 and a legal US resident, and with exception of the Nissan vehicle reward, where entrants must be over the age of 18, reside in the continental United States and be required to provide proof of a valid license and valid applicable insurance at time of verification. Void where prohibited by law or regulation. Not open to employees and their families of Teton Gravity Research, LLC, their subsidiaries, affiliates, participating retailers, prize suppliers, advertising and production agencies. All Federal, State, and local laws and regulations apply. 5. Limitation of Liability: sponsor and judging organization are not responsible for typographical errors in any sweepstakes related materials; for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind; or for lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in the sweepstakes. Entrants agree that the Sponsor, its promotional partners, related companies, agencies, respective employees or officers shall not be liable for losses, injury, death, damages or costs of any kind resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance of or use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof. For the automobile reward, the following additional terms apply: Winner will receive the official tour vehicle of TGR, which is a Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition.  The vehicle will be delivered as-is to a location within the continental United States.  Any description and/or image of the automobile is for illustration purposes only and does not necessarily represent the details of the vehicle to be awarded. The Winner also will be provided $10,000 intended to be applied to income taxes on the receipt of the Reward. Notwithstanding, the winner is responsible for payment of all / any federal, state and/or local taxes related to accepting and use of the vehicle, including, without limitation, any difference between the actual taxes due on the Rewards and the amount paid by TGR or partners as part of the Reward. Except as otherwise provided herein, the winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations and other fees related to accepting or using the vehicle. TGR and partners makes no warranty of any kind regarding any vehicle Reward; any warranty remaining on the vehicle is in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer warranty policy and terms.
