Rules

1. Eligibility
The GUNNER x Gatortail Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, EXCEPT residents of New York, who are excluded and not eligible to enter, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of GUNNER (the “Sponsor”), its parent Edmonds Outdoors, LLC, and each participating prize provider, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members of and those living in the same household as each such employee, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You further agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as they relate to the content and conduct of this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on January 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time which is 1:59 a.m. Central Time on February 1, 2027 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter
There are two ways to obtain a base entry, each free of charge:

• Online: Complete and submit the official entry form hosted on the Sweepstakes page, including your first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number, and any other requested information. This is the free method of entry (“AMOE”).

• By mail: Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper first-class postage to: GUNNER x Gatortail Sweepstakes, 290 Tech Park Drive, La Vergne, Tennessee 37086. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within seven (7) days of the end date. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope, and a maximum of one (1) mail-in entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) base entry per person per day. You may return and submit one (1) new base entry each day during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Bonus entries (optional). After completing a base entry, you may earn additional entries by completing any of the optional actions below through the Sweepstakes platform, which tracks completion:

• Follow each participating brand on Instagram: @gunnerkennels, and @gator_tail_outboards, @benelli_usa, @chenegear, @mossyoakcompanions, @migraammunitions, @higdonoutdoors, @robrobertscustomgunworks, and @ducksunlimitedinc (1 entry per brand followed).

• Refer a friend who completes a valid entry (5 entries per verified referral).

• Share the launch post as directed on the Sweepstakes platform (1 entry).

Entries that are incomplete, that do not adhere to these Rules, or that are generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated or fraudulent means will be disqualified. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, phone numbers, or devices to exceed the entry limits will void all of that entrant’s entries.

5. Prizes
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package. The approximate total retail value (“ARV”) of the prize package is over $41,477. The individual components and their approximate retail values are:

Firearm component. The firearm component may be awarded to any eligible winner who is 18 or older and is legally permitted to receive it in the winner's jurisdiction; where a winner is not legally permitted to receive it (for example, a state or local minimum age of 21), the firearm portion is forfeited with no cash substitution and the winner keeps the remainder of the prize package. The Benelli firearm will be shipped by the manufacturer directly to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer of the winner’s choosing. The winner is solely responsible for selecting an FFL dealer, paying any FFL transfer fees, completing all required federal, state, and local paperwork, passing any required background check, and satisfying all age and eligibility requirements in the winner’s jurisdiction. If the winner cannot lawfully take possession of the firearm for any reason, including failure of a background check, age or residency restrictions, or a state or local prohibition, the firearm portion of the prize will be forfeited. No cash or other substitution will be provided for the firearm component. The remainder of the prize package is unaffected by any such forfeiture.

You are not guaranteed to win, and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual or appraised value may differ at the time of award. The specifics of the prize are solely determined by Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. All prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, Sponsor may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and the participating prize providers to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, conducted on or about February 3, 2027 under the supervision of Sponsor. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within five (5) days following the drawing. Sponsor has no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam, junk, or other email settings, or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION.

8. Rights Granted by You
By entering, you agree that Sponsor and anyone acting on its behalf, and its licensees, successors, and assigns, may, where permitted by law and without further notice, review, consent, or compensation, print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and otherwise use worldwide and in perpetuity in any media your entry and, if you win, your name, likeness, image, voice, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, trade, and promotional purposes.

9. General Terms
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or who violates these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Communications and consent. Entry into the Sweepstakes requires that you consent to receive recurring marketing email and SMS/text messages from GUNNER and from the participating prize providers identified in these Rules (GUNNER, Gatortail, Benelli, Chene, Mossy Oak, Migra Ammunitions, Higdon Outdoors, Rob Roberts, and Ducks Unlimited). By entering, you agree that GUNNER may share the contact information you provide with these participating brands for their own marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out of email at any time via the unsubscribe link, and out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. 10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Edmonds Outdoors, LLC, the participating prize providers, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes and your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or portion thereof, including the firearm component; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any network or service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or the promotion; or (v) any electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or processing of entries.

11. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. As a condition of participating, you agree that any dispute arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee having jurisdiction. In any such dispute, you waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any award other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

12. Privacy Policy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy posted at https://gunner.com/pages/privacy.

13. Winners List
For the name of the winner, email info@gunner.com with the subject line “GUNNER x Gatortail Giveaway Winner” within sixty (60) days after the drawing.

14. Sponsor
The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is GUNNER (Edmonds Outdoors, LLC), 290 Tech Park Drive, La Vergne, Tennessee 37086. Gatortail, Benelli, Chene, Mossy Oak, Migra Ammunitions, Higdon Outdoors, Rob Roberts, and Ducks Unlimited are participating prize providers only and are not the sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes.

15. Platform Release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Google. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to any of these platforms.
