GAME OUTPOST NATIONWIDE HOBBIT GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. This sweepstakes (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Game Outpost, 10210 N 32nd St, Unit B-3, Phoenix, AZ 85028 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins June 26, 2026 and ends August 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, enter for free at https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/764384-229755?framed=1. You may earn additional entries by completing the actions shown on the entry page, including following Sponsor on its social media channels and referring friends (each verified referral earns additional entries as stated on the entry page). Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without completing any social action, mail a 3"x5" card with your full name, address, email, and phone number to: Game Outpost, "Hobbit Giveaway AMOE," 10210 N 32nd St, Unit B-3, Phoenix, AZ 85028. Must be postmarked by August 5, 2026 and received by August 7, 2026. Limit one entry per person via this method.

5. Winner Selection & Notification. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 7, 2026. The potential winner will be notified via the email and/or phone number provided at entry and must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: 1x The Hobbit Collector Booster Box, 1x The Hobbit Play Booster Box, and 1x The Hobbit Draft Night box. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,040. Prize is non-transferable; no cash redemption or substitution except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize ships within the United States only. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes; an IRS Form 1099 may be issued for prizes valued at $600 or more.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these rules. By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

9. Release of Liability. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Giveaway and for marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.

11. Platform Release. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from any and all liability.

12. Winner's List. For the name of the winner, email admin@gameoutpost.com after August 7, 2026.

13. Governing Law. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
