HOTEL ZACHARY “GO BANANAS” SWEEPSTAKES
(the “Sweepstakes”) 2026 OFFICIAL RULES  

HSC Hotel Holdings, LLC (d/b/a Hotel Zachary) (“Sponsor”), is hosting a sweepstakes where one (1) randomly selected winner will receive tickets to see the Savannah Bananas at Wrigley Field and $150 gift card to Alma at Hotel Zachary. One winner will receive two (2) Makers Mark Barrel Room tickets to the Savannah Bananas at Wrigley Field on Saturday, July 25, 2026 for winner and winner’s one (1) guest and a $150 gift card to Alma at Hotel Zachary. Additional terms and restrictions may apply.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLIAMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT. TRAVEL AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED. This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees (1) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and (2) they understand that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.  

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins Monday, July 13, 2026 at 12 p.m. CST and ends on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CST. (“Entry Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified by email via the email address provided at the time of entry.   

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions) and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) (the “Eligible Territory”) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor, Davidson Hotel Company LLC d/b/a Davidson Hospitality Group, HSC Plaza and Building Operations, Fans First Entertainment (d/b/a Savannah Bananas), the Chicago Cubs Baseball Club, LLC (“Cubs”), Viral Sweep and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  

AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully, unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.  

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes:  

To enter the Sweepstakes, go to https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/74dbcc-231522?framed=1 during the Entry Period, click on the Sweepstakes banner, buttons and/or links to access the entry form and input all non-optional information requested to be eligible. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. Only entries successfully submitted and received by Sponsor during the Entry Period are eligible. All online entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive (a) commercial email from Sponsor and/or (b) mobile text messages and updates from Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such emails and/or mobile text messages and updates and consenting to receive such emails and/or mobile text messages and updates will not impact any entrant’s chances of winning. Standard messaging rates apply to mobile text messages and updates. Check with your mobile service provider for more information.  Limited one (1) entry per person/e-mail address. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policies (https://www.hotelzachary.com/privacy-statement), as well as ViralSweep (https://www.viralsweep.com/terms). No other method of entry will be accepted.  

WINNER SELECTION: On or about Tuesday, July 21, 2026 (the “Drawing Date”), one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and notified via the e-mail address provided at the time of entry. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winners”). The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters related to this Sweepstakes.  Limit one (1) prize per person, family, or household. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.   

NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be notified by email via the email address provided at the time of entry (“Prize Notification”). In the event the potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within twenty-four (24) hours of the time of issuance or declines the Prize (as defined below) for any reason, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner of the Prize may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for any prize valued at $2000 or greater. Potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid photo identification to Sponsor and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within five (5) days of the date of issuance. Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner of the applicable Prize to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries.  

PRIZE:  

One (1) winner will receive: 

• Two tickets to the Savannah Bananas at Wrigley Field on Saturday, July 25, 2026 iwith access to the Makers Mark Barrel Room for winner and winner’s one (1) guest (ARV: $515 per ticket) 

• A $150 dining credit to Alma at Hotel Zachary, (ARV: $150). 

• ARV: $1,180 

Total ARV: $1,180. TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED. 

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation costs, meals (except as noted herein), gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winners and their guests. All prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. The Winner’s guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Use of any Wrigley Field game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see cubs.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the applicable prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor.. Sponsor and Cubs reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Winner and/or his/her guests who engage disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. The terms and conditions of the Savannah Bananas, Cubs, and the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see cubs.com/ballpark for details. Game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an element of the Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.   

PUBLICITY RELEASE: Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and the participating retailer to use Winner’s and Winner’s guest’s name, address (city and state), biographical information, likeness, picture, voice, statements, entry, and other information and content provided in connection with the Sweepstakes for purposes of advertising and trade in all media worldwide, including, but not limited to, on television and the Internet, without further compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law.  

Additional terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of the Prize and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded Prize are solely the responsibility of the respective Winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.  

Winner agrees that acceptance of the Prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.   

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:  The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event that any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspected entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.  

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: Entrants must not include any of the following content (the “Content Restrictions”) in any entry: (a) pornography, adult-oriented content or any other sexually-explicit material; (b) materials relating to lotteries or gambling; (c) explicit language or content, images of violence, or promotion of illegal activities; (d) content in violation of intellectual property rights or laws; (e) libelous, defamatory, disparaging, tortious or slanderous materials; (f) tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol or drugs; (g) dangerous stunts; (h) real weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, guns, knives or projectiles; (i) material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any other basis protected by federal, state, territory, provincial or local law, ordinance, or regulation; (j) individuals under legal age of majority without providing a signed release from parent or legal guardian; (k) audio and/or visual content owned by any third party (e.g., recorded music; pre-produced video, etc.); and (l) material that is unlawful, or otherwise in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state/territory/province where the entry is created or the regulations, guidelines, or policies of the platform used (i.e., Viral Sweep). Any entry that does not comply with the foregoing, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, will be disqualified and eliminated from the Sweepstakes.  

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, and (b) indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, licensees (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any liability, damage, loss or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize that may be won. Each entrant agrees to forever and irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, in connection with: (a) the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related activity or element thereof, and the entrant’s entries, participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; (b) the violation of any third-party privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights; (c) acceptance, attendance at, receipt, travel related to, participation in, delivery of, possession, defects in, use, non-use, misuse, inability to use, loss, injury, damage, destruction, negligence or willful misconduct in connection with the use of the Prize (or any component thereof); (d) any change in the prizing (or any components thereof); (e) human error; (f) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; (g) lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged or destroyed prizing (or any element thereof); or (h) the negligence or willful misconduct by entrant. The Released Parties do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of any element of the Prize.  The Released Parties disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected with the Sweepstakes.  

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  

Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) in the event Sponsor is prevented from executing the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to: fire; flood; earthquake; explosion; public health epidemic or crisis; labor dispute or strike; act of God or public enemy; network or equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; terrorist threat or activity; war (declared or undeclared); court order; or federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation. Sponsor also reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes or events corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the winner and award the prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. 

Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, computer, network, typographical, printing, human or other errors relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the tabulation of scores, the cancellation of games or any errors appearing in any Sweepstakes-related materials including, but not limited, to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the Winner or the distribution of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.  

Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize (or any portion thereof) including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  

Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, cable, satellite, wireless, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, malfunctions of wireless devices, wireless service problems, cellular tower equipment, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or wireless service congestion, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.  

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, AND SPONSOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential winner based on email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person to whom the applicable ISP or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the submitted email address for the domain associated with such email address. 

ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes, claims, controversies or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded (each, a "Claim"), shall be (1) arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party, and (2) settled by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois before a single arbitrator appointed by the JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (ii) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.  These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.  

In the event the Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Released Parties shall have no liability to any participant who is disqualified due to such an action.  

All entry data provided online is provided to Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with not Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, ViralSweep, the Chicago Cubs or the Savannah Bananas. 

This Sweepstakes may not be used for, or in connection with, any form of gambling.

Clark St, Chicago, IL 60613. Requests must be received no later than ninety (90) days after the Drawing Date.
