Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older, but excludes employees of the company and their immediate family members. It's crucial to note that participation is subject to local, state, and federal laws, and individuals prohibited from possessing firearms and ammunition under the Gun Control Act of 1968 are not eligible to participate. Entries from California, New Jersey, and New York will be ineligible to participate in the giveaway.

Entry Period: The giveaway begins on the first of each month and ends at 11:59 PM on the last day of that month. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: Participants who sign up will be automatically entered into the giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Participants can also enter by mailing a handwritten, self-addressed stamped envelope with their contact details to the company's address.

Selection of Winner: One winner will be selected randomly each month from all eligible entries received during that month. The draw will be conducted within the first week of the following month.

Prize: The monthly winner will receive a free Smith Defense S365 Grip. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the giveaway is impaired in any way, the company reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, either suspend the giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the giveaway, or terminate the giveaway and, at its discretion, select a winner from among eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the company's privacy policy.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the company as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.

Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court in the state of Texas having jurisdiction.
