“Military Appreciation” Sweepstakes Rules

Military Bridge announces giveaway to win The Beard Hedger™ Pro Kit  from MANSCAPED “Millitary Appreciation” Sweepstakes on the MilitaryBridge Website at https://tinyurl.com/MANSCAPEDMILITARY

The Contest- No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The contest begins at May 16, 2023, 8:30 am EST and ends May 31, 2023, 11:59 PM EST. The grand prize winner will be determined by a random drawing on June 1, 2023, by 9:00 AM, among qualifying contest entries received by Military Bridge, Inc. ("MILITARY BRIDGE"), whose decision is final.

How to Enter -To enter, visit Military Bridge Website at https://tinyurl.com/MANSCAPEDMILITARY and fill out the registration form. When you fill out the form, your name is entered into the drawing to win The Beard Hedger™ Pro Kit  from MANSCAPED. This giveaway is to honor military members past and present. Therefore, only members active duty or veterans of the United States military may enter to win this giveaway.  

You will be required to show proof of military status in order to win this giveaway.  Proof of military status can include: DD214, discharge paperwork, Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), Drivers License with Veterans Designation, Veterans Organization Card (e.g., American Legion and VFW), or other form of identification. You can also now receive your Veterans ID Card showing proof of service from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Once you are selected, MilitaryBridge will work with the winner to receive proof of service. If you cannot provide proof of service within the 24 hour time frame of being selected a new winner will be selected. 

At the conclusion of the contest date, the winner will be notified the next business day by 9:00 AM EST.  The winner will have 24 hours to respond to the winning email or a new winner will be selected!

In the event of a dispute, all entries received will be considered to be made by the Name of the entrant as filled out in the contest form as well as the authorized account holder of the Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook accounts at the time of the drawing. The "authorized account holder" is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook accounts. A winner may be requested to provide MILITARY BRIDGE with proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the profile associated with the winning entry along with proof of personal identification.

Eligibility- The contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and directors of MILITARY BRIDGE, its suppliers or affiliates, and any advertising or promotion agencies or contractors, who are under contract or have performed work on behalf of MILITARY BRIDGE during the contest period, and the immediate families (parents, children, stepparents, stepchildren, siblings or spouses) and members of the same household of each of the above (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Grand Prize – MANSCAPED The Beard Hedger™ Pro Kit 

Notification of Winner- MILITARY BRIDGE will notify the winner via direct email within twenty-four (24) hours of the voting. If the selected winner is ineligible, does not respond to notification within One (1) business day of such notification, does not accept the prize or the notification is returned as non-deliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries by MILITARY BRIDGE, whose decision is final.

The name of the winner will be posted on Military Bridge' Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/MilitaryBridge or may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope after MILITARY BRIDGE has announced the ending of the contest on Facebook to: Military Bridge “Military Appreciation” Sweepstakes Winner, ADDRESS. 

General Rules - MILITARY BRIDGE has the right to revise dates and procedures mentioned in these rules. MILITARY BRIDGE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest, to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, defraud or harass any other person or for any other reason MILITARY BRIDGE deems a disqualification. MILITARY BRIDGE is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any technical or human error, which may occur in the process of entries for the Contest. All decisions of MILITARY BRIDGE shall be final and binding. The laws of the State of Texas and the United States govern the contest. Should there be a conflict between the laws of Texas and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of Texas. Any and all disputes shall be litigated exclusively in the Courts of Harris County, Texas. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless MILITARY BRIDGE, its affiliates, promotional/advertising agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all damages, costs, expenses, and other liabilities, including damages for personal injury or damage to property, whether the damages are direct or indirect, regardless whether the claim is based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Contest or any portion thereof or the acceptance, use/misuse, or possession of the prize. Further, by participating, you agree to these Official Rules and that the decisions by MILITARY BRIDGE are final and binding in all respects. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to MILITARY BRIDGE and its agencies to use the winner's name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. All taxes, fees, insurance, surcharges, and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

If for any reason, MILITARY BRIDGE is not capable of running the contest as planned, MILITARY BRIDGE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. Void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
