Subscribing to Sponsor's YouTube channel is encouraged but is not required to enter or win and will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one (1) Entry per person during the entire Promotion Period; additional comments will not earn additional entries. An Entry is complete only when both steps are finished. Failure to complete both steps will void the Entry.

ENTRY SPECIFICS: Entries must be complete, compliant, submitted via the method and Website described herein, and received by Sponsor within the Promotion Period. Incomplete, invalid, unsuitable or otherwise non-compliant Entries (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) will not be eligible. Entries submitted by any other method will not be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the Entry will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the associated domain. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any equipment, computer, telephone, device, network, app, electronic, hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections or availability; garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions; service provider, Internet, website or platform accessibility or availability; traffic congestion; unauthorized human intervention; human error; or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

YOUTUBE AND SOCIAL MEDIA: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, YouTube, Google LLC, or any other social media platform used to communicate about the Promotion. By entering, each entrant releases YouTube and Google LLC from any and all liability related to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not YouTube. Entrants' use of YouTube must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Apparent or suspected spamming, phishing, or the use of any unauthorized or automated method to participate or to generate inauthentic views, comments, likes or subscriptions is prohibited and will void the applicable Entry.

LICENSE GRANT: By submitting an Entry, entrant grants Sponsor (and its affiliates, related entities and authorized third parties) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt and distribute the YouTube comment submitted as part of the Entry, along with the entrant's YouTube username, in any media now known or later developed, for purposes related to the Promotion and to Sponsor's marketing and advertising, without further review, notice or compensation. Entrant retains ownership of the comment. Entrant represents that the comment is entrant's own original content, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and does not contain content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, overtly political, or that depicts or encourages the unsafe or unlawful use of firearms or other weapons.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) at approximately 10:00 a.m. PT on or about October 13, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor may verify that the YouTube username provided on the entry form posted a comment on the film during the Promotion Period. Sponsor or its designee will notify the potential winner via email and/or phone (in Sponsor's sole discretion) with instructions for providing name, email and physical address, phone number and any other information needed to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. The potential winner must follow all instructions and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) and IRS Form W-9 (collectively, "Release Documents") within the time specified by Sponsor, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS PROMOTION, PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION OR PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY, THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, OR ANY ENTRANT'S ACCESS TO AND USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE WEBSITE OR YOUTUBE.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, platform changes, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and select the winner from eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to such action, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
