2025 Hendrick Motorsports Fan Fest Terms and Conditions:

An email will serve as your confirmation email along with instructions on how to pick wristbands up day of event. Limit is one autograph per email address/person. There will be a will-call list that wristbands will need to be picked up at a designated time prior to the start of their autograph session with photo ID that matches the name the wristband is registered to. If wristbands are not picked up by the designated time prior to the start of the autograph session, spot will be forfeited, and an alternate person on-site will be selected to receive their autograph spot. Individual positions selected for autograph session are non-transferrable. Chances of being selected are determined by the total number of entries received. Hendrick Motorsports is not responsible for lost, incomplete, misdirected, or delayed entries. By participating and submitting an entry in the 2025 Hendrick Motorsports Fan Fest Autograph Session, you hereby accept these Terms and Conditions and agree that Hendrick Motorsports, and its affiliated companies, are authorized to use the contact details that you provided for the purpose of contacting you with marketing information, updates, promotions, licensed products, and special offers relating to our business. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE or UNSUBSCRIBE to any email message. By accepting the autograph session position, except where otherwise prohibited by law, those selected agree to the use of his or her name and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation or notice.
